Great service at the Woodbridge Store
I called the Woodbridge store with a question on a box spring, which I was planning to order on the Raymour website. I spoke to Renay and she was super helpful, answered my questions, and found the exact type I needed. She also set up delivery for the next day. th woman who took my payment was also very nice, and efficient. Great delivery as well.

I had a delivery set up for today and the delivery people never showed up and when you call the customer service number and ask to speak to the corporate office the customer service reps tells you there are no corporate offices so unprofessional I just asked for a refund for all my furniture I purchased from them I don’t recommend this store to anyone

Walking in I was greeted very professionally. I knew what I wanted and I was escorted directly to it. Then I was shown similar options. Beth was extremely helpful comparing all the prices and options.
