The service we have received from Mark and John over the years has been exemplary. I had a problem last week and Mark was so professional in helping me out. I wanted to pay him for his time and he wouldn’t hear of it. He said it was all part of the service they give to their customers. Once again Mark thank you. It was greatly appreciated.
A brilliant shop for help with all computer repairs, tablets etc. have plenty of lighting for disco's and mics, in the shop, would recommend this place to anyone who has a problem with their computer.
Recently bought my second computer from Rayleigh Computer Store as old one now too old to run later versions of windows etc John not only gave me a good deal on my new computer but also transferred all my old files etc so all I had to do was take new computer home and plug in. Everything was explained simply for easy transition to my new kit. Had a slight issue afterwards where I couldn’t find how to do a backup but with one phone call John again sorted everything out and. I cannot fault the service I have received from both members of staff and know that if I do get any issues they will quickly sort out if it’s hardware or me checking how to do something on my new computer. Definitely 5 star service
NOTE sorry name shows as dissatisfied customer but that was my first review against another company and I can’t seem to change my name now !!
I was looking for an Antec Reverse fan, and RCS appeared to be the only stockists in the whole of the UK. Thge only problem was I live in Wales, they are in Essex, and only offer a click & collect service. I emailed them, and Mark responded that he'll see what he can do. To cut a long story short, they posted it on Saturday and I received it today (Wednesday). Really outstanding service.
I would give even more stars if I could. I collected my serviced laptop yesterday and there was just a slight problem reconnecting the printer. Mark spent what felt like half a day on the phone trying different ways to rectify the problem. He was so patient This is the BEST shop to go to to buy equipment and have it serviced Brilliant work Rayleigh Computers
I honestly cannot rate this place highly enough - absolutely outstanding customer service. Mark went above and beyond to try to fix my beaten up old laptop and eventually sorted me out with a new one. I really appreciated his patience and perseverance, as well as his prompt and consistent communication regarding the issues. Thank you so much.
Would highly recommend this place for your pc needs, very honest and very fairly priced services. Fixed my son’s NZXT PC very quickly and even gave it a clean. Thanks guys!
This company installs unwanted software, changes settings and does not tell the customer what is has done.
This is not the first time they have done this. My friend got their computer back only to find that Outlook had gone as part of office to be replaced with Outlook for Windows. One of the email accounts had disappeared, and when it was re-instated all of the sub folders had disappeared.
Why was this series of changes instigated? It makes no sense.

We're sorry you seem to have had a bad experience, this is never our intention to cause you these frustrations. Without having any further details as regards to the job, if you would like to reach out to us in the shop, we would always assist where necessary to put things right. As regards to your friends computer, we don't change anything in regards to Outlook, Microsoft have recently made changes to their Outlook software and released Outlook for Windows which replaces the old windows mail app, this downloads to all computers automatically. They have also renamed Outlook (office 365 version) to Outlook (Classic), this would still be on the system and you would problaby find all the folders are still in there, again we have no problem in looking at any niggles someone is experiencing, we always put matters right where necessary. We are a company that has been around for over 26 years and certainly go out of our way to help our customers.
