Speedy delivery. Only one star down as I submitted my order 30seconds after the deadline and didn’t get it next day.

Second purchase of upvc paint I’ve purchased from Rawlings paints and the site is easy to use, colour options plentiful and payment easy. Delivery has been good both times. Only downside is costs slightly higher than other sites but I needed the colour I previously used and was guaranteed the same shade. Would use them again.

Paint is great however I tried to return a full, unopened tin of paint only to be told it was outside of the two week return period. I can’t say I checked the policy prior to ordering as I didn’t think I’d need to return it. Very disappointed that there was no way returning. I was delayed starting my kitchen renovation so genuine reason for returning.

After receiving a call from Nick, this issue has now been resolved. He fully appreciated my feedback and accepted the way it was dealt with wasn’t ideal. I’ve received a refund for the paint I tried to return. Thanks for following this matter up so quickly.

Great customer service from Rawlins, very helpful and knowledgeable about the products we needed. Ordering was easy. Delivery was on time. Products do what they say on the tin.

Parcel was packed extremely well, which was very handy considering the delivery driver dropped it over my 6 foot high gate, even though I'd left a note on the front door with instructions, he did not follow them. £250 worth of paint! One of the pots was dented, but no leaks, so we were very lucky on this occasion.

ordering was simple....and arrived in 24 hrs....one word...Excellent...........

Not much to say - it works. I fitted some boards painted with Rawlins heat reflecting paint over 6 square metre of patio window to reduce indoor temperatures on the heat wave days. Very effective. Recently standing by them outside I could feel that reflected heat.
