Honestly, make sure you order the right stuff, and don't leave it to them
Honestly, the company seem great, delivery was ontime etc, sadly the only concerns I have, first although I explained when ordering that I was not a professional etc, I was sent a trade kit, I have no mixer, then found bust bags and leaking tubs,
The tubs not being marked as resin and hardener separately I used the small tub first thinking the contents were the same, now sadly i have a tub of resin but no hardener, the bust bags were replaced FOC, but still can't use, as now after checking with Vuba, I found the smaller tub to be hardener which should have been mixed in the resin tub.
Also when mixed this will go off far faster than I can get it mixed as I do not have another £1000 plus to get a proper mixer, so I will gave to measure carefully everything to break it all down into portions, so I can mix by hand, that is when I have bought more hardener.
Starting to wish I hadn't started this little job at all.
But Rawlins seem ok to use, just be more definite when ordering so you get the right stuff.

Customer service were so on point! They answered all of my questions regarding the resin I was buying and they were very professional and knowledgable. Delivered speedily, and product was good. Additionally, I was after some information from the manufacturers of the product. I had tried to contact them twice, but received no reply after a fortnight of waiting.
I then approached Rawlins paints for help. My first question was answered immediately. My second question was a little more complicated so your colleague needed to obtain some more information. He did this and I had my reply the following day. Excellent customer service. Thank you.

Helpful even when paint was missing
Some paint went missing I want aware of it first Rawlins contacted me as they couldn’t understand why dpd had not delivered it. I checked home it wasn’t missing. I contacted them and next day replacements was on the way. Perfect service bought loads of paint very satisfied
