Wir haben die Rattan LF pro 2026 gekauft und sind nach den ersten Fahrten total begeistert. Die Räder sind sehr stabil und auch für nicht so leichte Personen super. Der Motor begeistert. Wir können endlich wieder längere Strecken fahren und müssen keine Angst vor Steigungen haben.
Der Bestellvorgang und die Lieferung war super einfach und schnell.
Der Kundenservice ist sehr freundlich und antwortet sehr schnell

I bought a rattan lf pro 2026 it supposed to have arrive within 3-5 days, it didn’t. The tracking number showed it was delivered it wasn’t. Upon notifying the chat they investigated and told me it was delayed. I would have appreciated if they contacted me and told me this also this information was relayed to me in 1-2 days. I wasn’t sure if I was getting scammed or if my bike was really coming. Here we are at the end of second week and still no bike to review or try. The accessories came way before the bike. There wasn’t a phone number that I could reach anyone. It was a lot of money for me to just trust the chat that someone will get back to me eventually. Once they did there wasn’t any store credit or cash back offer, which would have been nice, for me to recommend this brand of e-bike or potentially buy from them again. I give it two stars because I’m too nice but this was a nail biting experience for so much money and still no bike. They are quick to send me notifications to review the e-bike but I can’t physically do that since I don’t have the bike. The customer service was a chat with AI or real person I don’t know and also it sounded very impersonal.

I had received the bicycle and it’s ok , problem is that you don’t send me also the accessories mentioned in the order, I really hope you want provide to send me asap .

Ordinato la bici. Arrivata senza il pacco accessori promozione, ma è stato spedito separatamente ed è arrivato 1 settimana dopo circa. L’assistenza c’è e risponde quotidianamente. La mia lf pro va che è un piacere, fa ogni salita/discesa e ogni strada anche sabbia e fuoristrada!

Some starting issues with the new bike but immediately suported with perfect result.
The bike is amazing.

The e-bike is great, but the sent the wrong charger and I cant even charge the battery. Also it didnt come with the basket I purchased and the free gifts. Also the chain on the E-bike was off and wedged. I have to take it to a E-bike shop to it unwedged.
Support replied very quickly and are sending my accessories.

La Rattan pathfinder pro è una bicicletta bellissima, molto robusta e comoda. Io sono alto 207 cm e mi trovo molto bene, devo ammettere che sono rimasto molto entusiasta quando ci sono salito sopra per la prima volta.

I purchased two Rattan LF Ultras and after using them for some time, I can now write a review.
First of all, shipping to Italy was fast (about a week after purchase), and the bike arrived practically 90% assembled. The packaging was very well done and meticulously crafted. The bike looks good (I chose the black color) and the frame has a nice design. It's incredibly comfortable, both because the handlebars and saddle are adjustable and because the saddle is well padded and cushioned. I rode more than 60 km in one day and had no back problems. As for the components, the gear shifting is excellent (it's the standard used on this type of fat bike), while for the brakes, I would have preferred a hydraulic system; while this system is easier to maintain, it's less efficient. Overall, however, it performs well.
The best part of the bike, however, is the motor power and battery life. The battery is enormous, and the battery life is the best you can find on this type of e-bike. The motor powers up long, relatively steep climbs, even with two passengers. Pedaling is smooth, and the sensor works well. It takes half a turn to engage (be careful when restarting on hills), but as soon as you engage it, you feel the full power of the push.
The display is clear and easy to read; I would have preferred more intuitive settings for adjusting the bike's various functions.
The throttle is adjustable, and I think the choice of a "motorcycle"-style throttle rather than a button is a good one.
In my experience, I can only recommend it to anyone who needs range, comfort, and power.

Cercavo una soluzione per muovermi una volta scesa dal camper insieme a mio figlio di 11 anni. Dato che ho un altro figlio più grande non potevo comprare due scooter e ho trovato questa fantastica soluzione per viaggiare in due: la

Vélo LF Pro 2026 acheté en mars 2026, équipe super réactive, très professionnelle et agréable, très bon contact avec Margaret.
Vélo extra confortable avec ses fat tires et sa suspension avant efficace, même sur les pavés de Paris. Le vélo est très puissant et monte toutes les côtes même sans élan, même sans l'aider avec les pédales grâce à la gâchette. Le design est bien réalisé, les matériaux et les soudures sont de qualité. On voit vraiment que le vélo est l'aboutissement d'une certaine expérience, après avoir comparé beaucoup de modèles, je suis assez impressionné par les caractéristiques techniques du LF Pro 2026 ( batterie de capacité supérieure, freins à disques hydrauliques, matériaux robustes même si vélo pliant, fonction cruise control..)
J'aimerais tester l'autonomie réelle en remettant le Trip à zéro mais le mode d'emploi n'indique pas tous les paramètres c'est dommage je pense qu'il mériterait d'être dans toutes les langues et davantage complet.
Aussi, j'attends toujours les reposes pieds arrières, en rupture de stock au moment de l'achat.
N'hésitez pas la qualité a l'air top !
