It's a good bike, but I wouldn't rate it more than 3 stars. It's very heavy, and the electric support is glitching. The booster is not enough. Also, I didn't manage to put the backrest as I must first remove the saddle

Loving my rattan ultra . I had a rattan lm 750 before this bike and it lasted 3 years . I hope to get as much time out of my ultra as I got out of my last bike . The delivery was great . I got the bike a week after I ordered it . The only reason I’m not giving it five stars is because my brakes are already squeaky. The bike its definitely long range . I have put about 80 miles on it and have only had to charge it once . Love it so far .

I bought & paid for a bike, using PayPal. They took the cash, without using the €100 discount. There's been no info or anything else from them. I'm thinking I've been conned. They have my cash & it's gone. Nothing to show & no communication. BEWARE!

Not yet received my e-bike. Very disappointed in such a slow delivery.

Ajustement du disque avant à revoir ou a ajuster en boutique spéciale !?

This is my New Rattan LM Ultra.
I'm using this brand for the first time. It's a budget friendly and good Ebike in market. It was came with two locker, one mobile holder. This Ebike back seat is good enough and too comfortable. I'm so happy with this Bike💥

This ebike is worth the price. Till now, driving is smooth and pick is good. I am happy that I am comfortably dropping and picking up my daughter to school everything. She is excited to ride the ebike with me everyday.

I recommend it to anyone who needs an ebike.

Salve a tutti, io e mia moglie abbiamo da poco acquistato 2 ebike rattan lf ultra .
Non posso che esprimere la nostra ottima esperienza queste bici sono molto robuste potenti e hanno un ottima autonomia noi siamo riusciti a fare 170 km senza ricaricare le batterie.

Rattan customer service is the worst. Brakes are bad but the keep removing removes

I GOT THE PATHFINDER PRO YESTERDAY, TOOK IT OUT OF THE BOX, AND WOW—IT DIDN'T TAKE LONG TO PUT IT TOGETHER; IT WAS EASY. I TRIED IT OUT FOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES—I LIKE IT—AND TODAY WHEN I TOOK IT OUT FOR A RIDE, I LIKED IT EVEN MORE.
