6 seater Marston dining set.Poor quality furniture. Arrived in scruffy condition with scratches on glass top ,rattan itself was dirty and scratched. It looked like it was pre owned not brand new.

It’s 1 of the most honourable & ethical companies I’ve ever dealt with. I had a problem with the chairs & after providing proof to Rattan Direct they replaced them (it was at least a year or more after I bought them) Then 4/5 years later they provided me with a table centre at a reasonable cost for my table

Great experience
The furniture and the weatherproof covers are of a great quality. Communication with the company whilst on order and awaiting delivery was excellent and whilst there was a sort delay in the arrival of the furniture due to matters outside of the company’s control it all arrived in time for summer last year. The covers are easy to use and have fully protected the furniture and cushions.

Avoid, no delivery, had to reclaim money back via the bank
Ordered a garden set. Set delivery date 1st September. No-show. Cancelled order (after seeing poor reviews of delayed delivery and refunds). Requested refund that day. Supposedly meant to have a refund after 10 working days. Lots of emails stating delays in refund process etc etc. Over a month later gave up and contacted the bank. Got a refund through them.
Please avoid and if you are waiting on a refund contact your bank or they will just delay and fob you off with chatgpt replys "understaning your frustration". Untrustworthy.

Easy website to view products and then place an order. The delivery was timely and delivery man was spot on, friendly and professional.

Easy to use web site. Great variety of garden furniture. All delivered within 5 days. Securely packed. Only the table needed to be put together. I only have the use of 1 hand & it was a simple task for me. Furniture came complete with weather proof covers. Mine is now covered for the winter period. Excellent quality.

DO NOT USE
Ordered furniture from them on 17th June 2025 and furniture never turned up on the due date, no comms. Got given the run around with excuses of it being between warehouses'. Despite being told it was out for delivery!!!! Finally lost the will to live with them and cancelled the order on 14th August. Promised a full refund in the imaginary 14 days. As others have said never arrived and told more excuses that they are improving their processes. Finally got bored of more excuses and issued a CCJ against them and finally got my refund on 2nd October 2025. 1 day before the deadline

Good choice, great value furniture
After plenty of research I chose Rattan Direct for my replacement garden set. I wanted a large 6 seater solid table and chairs which would push under and cover. Rattan Direct offered a great price for just what I was looking for. Communication was good at every step and delivery was prompt. Furniture was good quality and I believe good value for money.

They promised delivery of replacement cushions ordered a YEAR AGO, on 24th September this year the latest of many promises. Again this did not happen. I cannot understand why this company gets good reviews. Their service is appalling.

Non existent customer service post payment & delivery of goods
I bought a garden table and six chairs in July. They were delivered at the end of July (nearly two weeks after the expected delivery). Three of the chairs were damaged. I've been in dispute with the company since then. Apparently I ordered an end of line set, which I can accept. Rattan Direct offered to send somebody to fix the damage. That took another few weeks for somebody to come out. The chap took one look at the chairs & told me that he couldn't fix them. He did a real time report to Rattan Direct advising them. I've been pursuing Rattan Direct ever since. I've been told that they only have one spare chair (because it was an end of line) that they could replace which the company have been giving me the run around on since the middle of August. I didn't want to use the table & chairs in case I was asked to return them & offered my money back, but they don't seem to be interested in resolving my problem at all. I've now raised a dispute with my Credit Card provider. As for the 'end of line' items, I've been back on line at Rattan Direct & from what I can see it looks as though they have the same table & chairs for purchase. Extremely unsatisfied with Rattan Direct. I would not recommend buying from them.

Ordered a corner rattan set
Ordered a corner rattan set. It arrived in three different colours and sent the wrong table with it. They offered me £200 off if I kept it how it was but it looked ridiculous in different colours so had to send it back. Iv been waiting four weeks for a refund and still not had one. Wasted my time and I’m now having to chase after my money back.

Dire, ordered set in early Spring, no delivery despite chasing about 15 times. After 4 months asked for a refund. Nearly 2 months on, no refund! Chased this various times also, fobbed off that we can't speak with manager. Nearly £2k has been with them for months with nothing to show for it and poor customer service... never again.
