Very helpful service. The driver, Adam, arrived punctually as promised and explained each stage of the procedure carefully and clearly. I have no hesitation in recommending this service even though I hope, for obvious reasons, not to see them again.

Accidently put petrol in my diesel car. Luckily the attendant at St John service station in Wellington gave me Adams number, who was very helpful informing me what to do, Not Start The Engine, he gave me an ETA and arrived within the time stated. Adam was very friendly and professional, drained the tank, explaining everything he was doing, when the process was completed, Adam made sure my car was working and assured me that there would be no further problems, and if there was to give him a call, which I haven't needed to do. Excellent service, highly recommend.

Great service !!! Adam was first class, very professional and he responded incredibly quickly even though it was late on a Saturday afternoon. You are only likely to call Adam if you’re having a bad day, but you will still feel good about using him. Without hesitation, I would recommend using Rapid Fuel Rescue.

Adam was great. He drove for 2 hours to get to me and let me know when he was 30 minutes away. He quickly and efficiently got the car back on the road. He is very friendly and reassuring. I would recommend him to everyone.

Adam was great! He communicated with me when he would arrive he was polite and helpful and put me at ease! Thoroughly recommended!

Adam is a top man, he saved me after my fuel mishap.
It took him 2 hours to get to me, it was sorted very quickly and efficiently. He reassured me that my van would be ok, he filled the tank for me and it’s driving better than it has for ages.
I recommend always putting the right fuel in 🤣🤣 but if you get it wrong, call Adam, he made a bad evening a little bit less tragic.
I enjoyed his knowledge and he is a bit handsome too 😂

After misfueling my new to me car , the garage u was at had Adam's card which was most fortunate I called Adam and after a quick chat he provided me with precise instructions as what to do and a time which he would be able to attend. Adam arrived exactly when he said he would and immediately reassured me all would be fine , in a short time with no fuss my fuel was drained , refilled and I was on my way

Excellent service by Adam. I had to have my fuel drained as following surgery l had not driven the car for over 6 months. Adam offered sound advice attended in 1 hour and drained the tank, flushed all the fuel lines and put some new petrol in. Very efficient and reliable with competitive rates.

Adam came out to me after I put the wrong fuel in my car.
He explained everything he was doing and went above and beyond to make sure there was no damage to my motor.
I’m so glad I didn’t just accept the price given by the breakdown company I’m with as he was by far cheaper.
He even put up with my two kids asking a million questions .

Adam provided a splendid service. Great telephone manner, succinct and knowledgeable about mixing fuels. Do NOT start your engine. He kept me informed the whole time. Adam travels significant distances between jobs. Circumstances allowed him to put me first in the queue. He arrived on time 40 to 45 mins from first call, let me know by text when he was 10 mins from arrival time, took 15 mins more to extract mixed fuels, cost was exactly as advertised plus vat, and the van and kit were in superb condition and looking like new. Has many years experience in this particular trade so lifted my spirits immediately with the words "no problem". A third party suggested I could dilute the mixture by adding diesel on top of 14 litres of petrol. Both Adam and Sainsbury's staff at Winterstoke Road, Bristol said otherwise. Do not start your engine. Next appointments were in North Bristol, then Bude so take this into account when deciding value for money.

Fantastic service: Adam was very prompt & efficient and kept us informed of his ETA. He drained our tank when we accidentally put petrol instead of diesel in it on the Sunday between Christmas & New Year. He was a pleasure to deal with, and had us back on the road again before too long.

Thank you Adam, you were my Knight in a Shiny sliver van today, after I stupidly put petrol in my diesel car. Not just a little bit but 30lts. On what has to be one of the coldest morning you kindly let me sit in your warm van while you sorted out my mistake and I was back on the road very quickly and off on my way to work.
