Excellent customer service
The customer service we received from Radiators Direct was fantastic. The help and communication from Tracey Bol was excellent. She couldn't have been more helpful, putting a radiator on hold whilst she followed up a product query we had. The radiator looks amazing and we couldn't be happier.

Great customer service and advice when ordering. Also they have a small showroom that you can book to visit and it’s well worth it as they have an amazing range of colours and different metals to choose from.

Excellent radiators but be aware about delivery times.
Easy to order these are really good looking and solid radiators complete with excellent brackets to fit to the wall. Well packaged on delivery. Be aware however about the delivery times. The website is slightly misleading when it says delivery is 48 to 72 hours. I ordered late on a Tuesday and it was the following Tuesday before they arrived.

We only sell 2 radiators that uses an app and we unfortunately cannot find an order for yourself for either of these 2 products or any of our products.
Please can you let us know your order number and which product you are having an issue with, either the Isabella 50 Electric or the Renata Electric?

After a year ,and no fault of this company service , one of our Rads died, no heat coming from it . When purchased they told us we had a two year warrenty on it. As a cynical online customer and jaded from other companies. I thought yeah right?? But sure enough, a year later, they were excellent, asked a few questions, a couple of photos, and a new Rad was delivered promptly. Highly impressed and would recommend this company to anyone.
