An easy experience with great results ! After trying all of the other comparison sites this one came out tops. Not only in ease of use but in better value results using their similarly recommended companies. I'm very satisfied and will certainly use again in the future.

So far so good.
It was clearly presented and that’s what I wanted.
The only point I would like to make is that I asked for a hard copy in the post which I have not received yet.
I prefer a hard copy to carry with me when travelling.

Poor service
When I went online to arrange the insurance there was a problem with my bank.. So I couldn't pay online.. I got an email instructing me to phone them well after listening to 2 minutes of recorded dribble I was placed on hold for 25 minutes on my lunch break for which I ended up giving up and arranging insurance elsewhere..

They took money for car insurance.
I hope i don't need to make a claim,but that's where the rating should come from.
How is it handled. How easy.
