I Dealt with Jake F. and he was absolutely amazing! He was so efficient and helped me navigate the whole process seamlessly his patience is next to none and he couldn’t be more helpful he secured me the best policy regarding value for my money and I didn’t make it easy with all the questions I had asked and the amount of times I asked him to amend details for me. Give this guy a raise! 🙏🏽 his phone manor is so pleasant and as someone who also works as a call agent and administrator I know how much pressure is involved in these roles if I could have given him 6 stars I would have!

Shocking customer support.

I have emailed these people so many times in recent weeks with a very simple question regarding my policy renewal. Not a single response and it’s pretty much been the same experience throughout the two years that I have insured my car through them. Emails don’t get answered, it takes forever to get through on the phone and if they say that they’ll come back to you with a follow up, invariably they don’t. I wanted to also insure my daughters car with them in the summer but ended up giving the business to another broker because having agreed a call back with quite devil…..guess what….no call back was ever received.

Hand on heart…..I could not recommend these people to anyone.
