I had query in relation to you my policy i had recently renewed during the week. I contacted the office of qoute Devil and spoke to a very helpful customer service provider called Sophie Ennis .
After taking a few details Sophie was able to promptly reassure me. She was very friendly and professional and emailed me over my policy as requested.

Missing cert from welcome pack
The lady I spoke with (Gokce) was professional and helpful. Most importantly, she promised to email my insurance cert immediately. It arrived in my inbox within minutes.
I would have expected QuoteDevil to have emailed this cert to me along with my welcome pack email, as my insurance expires tonight and if I had not telephoned, which involved the usual long wait for someone to answer (!), I would not have a valid insurance disc.

The request was dealt with in a matter of moments, and proved no difficultly. These situations can be taxing on occasion, but with proper people and competence things move along with ease.
