Website is really easy to use, and fast free delivery. Love my cutting mat as it has imperial measurements as well as metric.

The Quilted Bear are now an online shop for all things Craft & Haberdashery. Great service
Parcel was first returned because not delivered. Request to resend and it arrived in a couple of days. I have now had several pieces of quilting equipment from this company and they sell exceptional products. They have an excellent service in customer care.

For me, ease of ordering on line, and emails at every stage of order and then delivery. Cost good and delivery on time. If needed, would certainly use them again. Had many things from Quilted Bear, but this is the first on line. Brilliant.

Found exactly what I wanted.
Found exactly what I wanted with two dylon machine dyes in different colours. Price was comparable with other sellers but the clincher was less than £2.00 postage.
My items arrived within a few days, well packaged. Confirmation order and dispatch emails arrived on day one and two.
Will order again.

Bought what I needed at very reasonable…
Had what I needed at very reasonable prices. Post and packing was extra but, for what I bought, felt cost was acceptable and happy to pay.
Have purchased from The Quilted Bear before so confident they will have what I need for hand quilting.

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service! I bought a set of templates and one was missing. I contacted the company and asked them to send me the missing template. They immediately resent the whole order. That was exceptional. I highly recommend this seller.
