After placing my first order with Quay and then reading people's reviews on here I was a little sceptical about my order, but I can honestly say I have not had any of the bad customer experience that others have claimed to have had.

So due to all the bad feedback, I contacted them to check I was able to return the items I didn't want and I got a response within half an hour (this was also after normal office hours too) So far, so good.
I kept in communication with them and advised once I had dropped the parcel off with the Hermes collection and received a response with every email I sent (I was being extra vigilant with the communication side of things seeing as so many people have complained about the poor customer service).

Tracked my order today to find that the items were delivered a week ago and I hadn't had any communication to confirm this so I contacted the person I'd been emailing originally who, again, responded to me and issued my refund manually. However, this was for only 2 of the returned items so I started to get a bit twitchy at this point! But after letting them know I'd also returned 2 other items (glasses) they happily, manually issued my refund.

So, basically, I've not had any issues with them and would use them again! :-)

I dont understand why this company has so many bad reviews? I ordered my pair of quays two days ago and they have already been delivered. A small scratch was found on one of the lenses so I contacted their customer service team and they replied within less than a minute, acknowledging that the quays were slightly damaged (by the picture I sent them). They then immediately send out another pair of brand new glasses (I received an email confirmation exactly three minutes after emailing) of a brand new pair and I was told I am allowed to keep the faulty pair! Never received such a great customer service in my life. Thank you Quay!!

Ordered my Quays which were shipped a couple days later. By which time I realised auto-fill had changed my address details to an old address. I contacted customer service to have them redirected but it was too late. However, the delivery agent Hermes couldn't access the building and so my parcel was sent back to sender. As soon as I recieved notification that they were being returned, I contacted Quay customer service again. With immediate response they shipped a replenishment order, which I recieved less than one week later.

The customer service I recieved was fantastic & the agents super helpful.

As for the glasses and case...I love them! The quality feels amazing and they look stunning as well as being a perfect fit for my face!

I will certainly be placing more orders!

Poor customer service - the team do not care about customers at all. Also impossible to get hold of and when you do, they copy and paste from set responses. You have to pay for delivery as well as any returns you might make. Also if you buy any promo item you have to return both or you don’t get any refund. The 2 items I’ve bought have both arrived damaged and fit poorly. Overall steer clear of this company unless you have time and money to waste.

Poor customer service! I ordered 2 pairs of the hardwire bluelight readers during the BOGO promotion. Unfortunately, I received 2 pairs of the bluelight hardwires/not readers. This was not clear in the description in my cart, especially since I had clicked on the readers choice of 2+ to Add to Cart. I would like to return these and receive 2 pairs of the glasses I had ordered. Since I had purchased these originally and the incorrect ones were sent to me, I expect to have the same promotion of BOGO and not be charged a return fee.
Their response was essentially - sorry, you screwed up, not us! We can't help you

I ordered sunglasses during a BOGO and they refused to give me a free pair. I ordered a case with that pair of sunglasses and it was not in the box. This company is soo hard to do business with!!! DO NOT order from this company!!!

This company has the worst customer service I have dealt with. After ordering, the confirmation email had an old address. I contacted them immediately to remedy the error, but was told that they could not make any changes or cancel the order. They suggested I contact the person at the incorrect address to receive the product. My wife will never use this company or their products again.

I purchased using the BOGO and one pair was fine but the 2nd was bent to the point I cannot wear it so my BOGO was worthless. Seeing others complain of the same issue I can only assume this is their deceptive business practice. Sending out damaged items that cannot be used anyway.

I’m afraid I won’t buy anything from them again, I ordered the heartbreaker sunglasses and I wanted the rainbow style but through my fault I ordered the rose gold style and I realised my mistake straight away so I emailed them the second I got my order confirmation through and they replied and said they couldn’t cancel, I cannot understand why they couldn’t cancel as it was about 10 minutes since I ordered them. They said I’d have to wait until they arrived and send them back. I did just that and I had them tracked for my peace of mind. I tracked my parcel several times and I know they got it because it was signed for, I hadn’t received an email to confirm my refund so I emailed them and asked what was happening they said they hadn’t received it and they asked for the tracking number which I no longer had as I had tracked it several times and know it had got there. I told them this and they then issued me weeks later with the money as goodwill gesture which makes me mad because I think they lost my parcel and wouldn’t say.

After placing an order directly from the Quay website, I checked their trustpilot reviews and instantly was worried! I ordered two pairs of sunglasses on the BOGOF offer on Monday night and they were delivered on Thursday of the same week! They were packaged very well and are of such good quality! The company must have been in tatters during lockdown, but I found my experience very recently great!

I love Quay sunnies! I just wish the company would make lenses that are not translucent! It’s super disappointing when you guys have such great styles

Amazing customer care!!! My first order never delivered, I emailed them and they sent me 2 more pair fed ex 2 day shipping. Wonderful Customer service!!! Highly recommend

I bought 2 pairs of sunnies when they were doing a 2 for 1 sale. 1 pair came completely faulty straight out of the box (the earpieces were crooked, so much so that on one ear the piece didn't even touch my ear at all). Customer service said they don't accept returns on faulty products and only offered a replacement. So they send me a faulty product ( i took pictures and emailed them within minutes of me getting my delivery) and then refuse to refund me. I offered to send both pairs back and they are only offering me replacements. This company is a SCAM!

I am so disappointed is the service I have received. I ordered two pairs of glasses back in the beginning of July. Here I am August 20th stoil have not received my package. I have reached out they said that my order had been lost in transit. They said they were going to be sending me a new package this time through Fed Ex. I was suppose to recieve that August 18 didn't come. Now here I am and I don't have any updates again where my package is. I will never buy from this company again! As well as tell everyone I know how horrible my experience with them has been.

After taking 2 weeks to ship my order it arrived and was incorrect. No reply for over 2 months from customer service... had to dispute the charges with my bank because I couldn’t even get the problem corrected.

This company is TERRIBLE!!!! I ordered some sunglasses and when they arrived they were the wrong ones (my fault) so I tried to return them....
I sent the package with next day delivery back to them... I HAD TO PAY FOR THIS... £7.50 !!!!!
This was mid July and they still have not refunded me my £50 and have Not acknowledged my email asking where my refund is

I will NOT buy from this site again and I will warn other people not to as well as I am now £57.50 down with no sunglasses and no refund in sight!!! This is absolutely awful considering money is tight at the moment for most people!

I order My sunglass on July 12th got an email 2 days later saying they shipped and would arrive on July 18th. Well they never did so now it's saying there in Jacksonville FL. I email Quay no one email me back till July 31st, told me looks like me package was lost and they could send new glasses or refund me, so I email them back told them to refund me my money needless to say no one has email to tell me when my money will be back in my account. They have poor customer service. I will never order from them again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Let Me start by saying even through the Covid-crisis I have never had an issue receiving a package. I placed my order almost 2 months ago it shipped from California to my local post office in just a few days. It has since been 20 days since it was accepted at my local post office. I have sent 2 emails to Quay over the last 2 weeks with no attempt at a response. I can’t even comment on the quality of the product as I have never seen them. Guess I just lost my money.

i’ve religiously purchased from quay for YEARS and hadn’t ever had any issues.. until now. a few months ago i ordered a pair of sunnies and a pair of blue light glasses. i got a tracking number and at one point all activity stopped, for about a week. i contact the delivery company and they said they had never received it. it ended up arriving a couple weeks later. i brushed it off as a fluke accident. so i just ordered a few days ago and was sent a tracking number, that says it’s expired. no response to email. nothing. after reading reviews and comments, it wasn’t a fluke accident. there is no way this many people are having the same problem with this company.
