Ordered and paid for new sunglasses 29 November - Couriers Please tracking info advised ETA 31/12. Very disappointed to hear that would take over 1 month to get to Perth WA but I didn't complain even though I had my doubts because Couriers Please lost a previous order. 31 Dec tracking dropped off on Couriers Please website and I could no longer track my order. I contacted Quay who advised my order has been lost (again). Quay offered to send a replacement pair or refund. My response was yes send another pair but please use Aus Post so that I can track and receive in a timely manner. They refused to do this and want to send again using Couriers Please again! This quite clearly tells me, the customer, that they do not care firstly that Ive been messed around for over a month or if it takes another month to get from the East Coast to the West Coast or even if I will ever receive them! Very poor customer service and unfortunately this is the 2nd time I have received poor customer service from quay as with the 1st order that was lost, I had to get afterpay involved because they would not believe that I had not not received my order even when they could not provide me with a tracking number. Eventually I received a refund but only after many disrespectful antagonising emails from them.
Note that every order (I have purchased quite a few sunglasses from Quay) sent via Aus Post was tracked and received in a timely manner, however, the 2 orders sent via Couriers Please were both lost. I believe it is reasonable to ask that my replacement order is sent via Aus Post considering the history.

There is Zero customer service and this appears to be part of the culture Quay!

I will never order sunnies from Quay again and a big warning to WA customers of what to expect.

I ordered sunglasses over 6 weeks ago and when I finally told them I wanted to know where they are, because their "tracking" gives no info, they said to just wait longer and refused to cancel the order because they claim it is in transit. Is it? Where? They don't even know where it is but won't cancel or refund it!

Good deal when they are on sale. However quality and brand is degrading by time. I really really liked their styles but they are not as good as they used to be. I hope they pick up their game soon…

SCAM SCAM SCAM! I bought A pair of glasses from the website ones and I didn’t like them so I immediately return them within the timeframe that they allow which is two weeks regardless of shipping. I checked my tracking and It had been received by the warehouse on time.

They refused to give me a refund no matter how many times I asked I even showed them proof that the item was returned to them in perfect condition on time but they still wouldn’t give me my refund. I filed a claim with my credit card company and won the dispute so I did get to keep my money but when I ask them to do the right thing they told me that they would not return my money unless I dropped the claim from my credit card company and I refused as it had been the sixth time I had asked him nicely to give me my money back.
And they only agreed to give me my money back after I claimed to want to file a lawsuit.
I let them know that they should fix their practices before their customers file a class action lawsuit against them what they’re doing is illegal highly it’s fraud and it’s wrong

Absolutely under any circumstance should you order from the new Rx line. The prescription in the first pair they sent was messed up, so they sent me a second pair which was still messed up. By the time the I emailed the company about whole fiasco, it was out of the 90 day return policy. Now I have two pairs of glasses that just aren’t my prescription and no refund. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!

I haven't received refund they don't even reply my messages at all. It has been more than 2 month now.
I claimed PayPal so will see how it goes. I will not recommend this company very poor customer service.

I'm sorry to say that I have to add to the awful reviews of this company. I purchased two pairs of over-sized sunnies and two glasses cases. Sunnies didn't fit into cases. Continually emailed Cs for a refund of £20. Initially told to return them to California despite being a UK purchase. Wrote yet again and now I am to return to a UK address at my own cost. Who sells sunglasses and cases that don't fit, doesn't flag this on their website then charges you for returns????? I hope I get the refund but returning by tracked mail as I do not trust this company :(

Terrible company. Sent my glasses back over one month ago...no refund. They claim they can’t find the order despite my sending a screenshot. They are scammers. I can’t afford to lose the money but they don’t care. I intend to report to Trading standards and watchdog. BEWARE

Messed up! Get your glasses anywhere else for better product and service. We returned the grasses bought just two days after but was never refunded. The staff lied that she saw us leave with the product only for another to go in and bring out the same product, how?? Btw this was happening after 1 month of emailing thier customer service 2ce with no response. Never received worse service anywhere else. Shameful!

This company has absolutely horrible customer service. They offered a BOGO sale. I bought two separate purchases as after I bought my first 2 glasses, I decided that I wanted to get an additional set. I place my second order and realize RIGHT AWAY that I accidently ordered the wrong color! Contacted an associate immediately to which I was informed per their policy they will not change any orders, even if it was caught right away. The associate advised me that I could go to either of two locations in my area, both of which were 60 MILES away from me, in order to exchange for the correct glasses...I decided to drive all the way to one of the locations. I get there, they did not have what I wanted in stock, so I asked to do an online exchange. They said they were *UNABLE TO DO AN ONLINE EXCHANGE* because I didn't have BOTH of the glasses with me. How the hell is that?? I have my packing slip and the glasses that I don't want and they can't exchange it??? I am not even upset that they don't have it in stock...but to not be able to help me do an online exchange because I don't have both sets of glasses is ridiculous! I DROVE 60 FREAKING MILES for them to not do ANYTHING for me, OFF OF A RECOMMENDATION MADE BY THEIR ASSOCIATE! I e-mail them and they tell me that all I can do at this point is send both glasses back for a RETURN! I don't want to return one of the glass, JUST EXCHANGE the set that don't look good on me...to which they told me they do NOT OFFER EXCHANGES!! They then had the audacity to tell me that I should have called the location before going down there...I wasn't even upset about them not having the glasses in stock, I was UPSET that they refused to help me and when I told them I didn't want to return because I would lose out on the BOGO sale, they stopped responding to me. WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

Cheap construction does not go far enough in describing these low-quality glasses.
I should have known what I was getting into when I saw their Customer service is only through email.

It's a SCAM! Be careful Guys! I made an order on 10th Aug and received an email saying I would be notified once my order is sent. In the email, it will be sent 5-7 working days. However, I didn't receive any.

On 20th Aug, I sent an inquiry and was told that my order is lost in transit. And was offered to refund $$ or they resend the item. To which, I said to resend the item.

After that, there's no any reply from them. I sent an email on 22nd, 24th, 25th, 26th Aug asking for the status of my order to no avail.

I didn't receive my order and lost $$.

Very disappointing experience.

DO NOT trust this company. They are LIARS!!!!!! I returned an item within 30 days. Their website says it will take 7 business days to receive a refund. When I inquired about my refund on the 6th day, they lied to me MULTIPLE times (email after email) about why they weren’t giving me a refund. 1. Said my item was final sale when it was not written anywhere on their website and I paid full price for it
2. Said that I never returned both items
3. Said that I didn’t request to return both items
And the list goes on. Are their profits so low that they have to scam customers out of refunds? They are disgusting and have been very unpleasant to work with

Why is it you only have one UK email address that is bouncing back!! Seems you have lots of angry messages on your facebook page with people having the same problem - and you've blocked negative comments appearing on your Instagram? You have no customer service? Also it's shocking you have to pay for your returns, and it's been nearly a month since I returned my item and NO refund yet. Please help - order number #QUK-142229 - I am going to have to raise a claim with my bank if this is not resolved.

Make sure anything you return to Quay Australia are sent via a tracked return and you keep the proof of return!! I inquired about a return two months after sending sunglasses back and they told me they hadn't received it. I sent them the proof of postage and they miraculously found the sunglasses I had returned. Absolute disgrace!
I returned the sunglasses because for the price they are really poor quality!

Sent me less than what i ordered. Process was quick to resend me correct ones.

Film on the lenses wore off and glasses didn’t last. What is more concerning, is the Quay’s negligent and awful customer service. They do NOT stand behind their product and wouldn’t do anything to assist. Better off buying $2.00 pair of glassses at a convenient store, they are better quality and at least you know what you’re getting. Quay makes an awful product and they know it.

My order arrived in a small but compact and protective package with everything presented neatly inside!

Having contacted Quay customer care via email, i received a speedy response of 5* customer service which these days is so rare from any company !!

Will be using Quay again 😎

Horrible customer service. They would not let me exchange my sunnies that were too big for their mini size. I got the sale buy one get one free and they told me I'd have to return then go back and buy a new pair but the deal was no longer happening and they could care less about making thier customers happy.

I'm very disappointed, I ordered my sunglasses June 17th, I've sent numerous emails and they told me the original issue has been sorted and I should expect my order 8th July. I didn't receive my order and I checked the tracking system and its still in the sorting office. I've sent a further email to customer service but to no avail.
