I purchased 2 pairs of sunglasses back on 21 May and have still not received them. I have continuously emailed Quay’s customer service team and have received no response at all.

Really wish I’d checked the reviews on here before placing an order with this company.

Made my £110 purchase on 13/05/2020 and the order arrived really quickly. One pair of glasses were faulty (the leg was hanging off) and another pair didn’t suit me. I returned two thirds of my order on 18/05/2020. I sent them the returns form via email as requested, which included the returns tracking number.

Since, I’ve tried to contact them via email, Instagram and Twitter about my refund. No response, no acknowledgement of my return and no £70 refund THREE weeks on...

I really recommend purchasing Quay products off ASOS and other reputable stores which stock them. At least that way you won’t be dealing with abominable customer service and will have a chance of rightfully getting your money back!!

Ordered my glasses here yesterday after a frustrating transaction with a different company & wow am I surprised because I’ve got a knock on my door today at 10.30 and its my glasses already. My girlfriend recommended it as she got her prescription glasses from QUAY. Well packaged and presented. Quality item, well built and sturdy construction, comfortable & perfect fit for my chubby face. Will definitely use again & recommended. Very happy. Thanks guys!

I purchased 2 pairs of sunglasses back on 22 May and have still not received them. I have continuously emailed Quay’s customer service team and have received no response at all. Complete waste of my money as I doubt I’ll be receiving them any time soon.

I ordered some sunglasses from here on the 26 May and they arrived on the 29 May. Was very impressed with the speed of delivery but then I opened the package and they’ve sent me the wrong product!! Delivery note was all correct but the actual sunglasses weren’t. I’ve emailed their customer service and contacted them on social media but haven’t heard a thing. Their website says their customer service is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Judging from the lack of response, I’m not so sure about that. Really unimpressed. I just want to know how I go about getting the product I ordered.

Ordered on 25th May and arrived on 30th May. Bought to replace glasses daughter has ‘borrowed’ from me and now I have 2 pairs for the price of 1!!

After I placed my order I read all these bad reviews on them. I was hesitate after however I have had a really positive outcome with them. I ordered my glasses on Friday and they got delivered today ( Thursday ). I love them so much. I was scared about the fit but they fit perfectly so thank you so much!!!

Will never order from again. My sunglasses are lost in transit and they have NOT returned one email and it’s been well over a week! Worst customer service I’ve ever had!

i am sure a lot of reviews here have a legitimate reason to give 1-2 stars, but for me i am super happy!
1. i bought it in a nice sale of 1+1, and to pay 58 euros for 2 pairs of nice sunnies is a fair price.
2. i also got 2 cases for the glasses which i do not know if you get with every order or not, but the cases are actually super useful and not one of those huge ones that you end up not using and your glasses get tons of scratches.
3. the glasses are in a very good quality! not plastic-ey no cheap-like feeling.
4. arrived SUPER fast!
5. and the shape is nice but i guess it's just a personal preference.

I ordered £70 worth of glasses, didnt like the style so returned them via recorded delivery, the return has been signed for but 6 weeks later still no confirmation or refund processed. Several emails have been sent

Bought sunglasses which arrived only including a case. Sent them an email to point this out and ordered a replacement pair in the meantime. Replacement pair didn’t suit me so returned them mid April. Since then I have sent about 40 emails trying to sort this out. They take forever to respond to emails and request things you provided three emails ago. Finally today I got someone more helpful who refunded both orders but that was entirely luck based and it should not take that kind of effort to get a refund.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Sunglasses arrived fairly quickly but wasn’t happy with them so decided to return using recorded and tracked delivery. This was over five weeks ago now and I have not received my refund or any confirmation that they have received my return. I have sent four emails to their customer service over the space of two weeks and have heard nothing back. Absolutely terrible. I am currently owed £50 from them.

I ordered almost £200's worth of glasses.

When they arrived, the majority looked nothing like the try-on feature they have. So I looked up their refund procedure, sent the glasses EXPRESS TRACKED & SIGNED FOR - like they suggested (£8.50)

They signed for my package on the 17th March. Have I recieved my refund? Nope! I am emailing them every day. I returned £98's worth of glasses and I have heard nothing.

A terrible, terrible company.

Would advise everyone to stay away. In fact! I wish I checked their reviews before buying from them. Blown away by how terrible they are!

literally the worst!! i ordered 2 different pairs of glasses and they sent me 2 of the same pair, they are not replying to emails, I have sent 3; nor are they replying to phone calls - what a trash company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, THEY ARE TRASH.

I love Quay products and ordered some blue light glasses for while working from home. This was over 5 weeks ago. I have received nothing and no response from customer services after SEVERAL emails and social media messages.
This is horrendous customer service, I understand the current situation is terrible and staffing maybe low, but the least they can do is send an email response!

I have ordered my products 2 weeks ago, I have spent 180€ and I have been qualified for free express shipping, I have wrote a several email with no response, even tried to contact them over social media but nothing, I JUST NEED TO KNOW WHERE IS MY ORDER, so sad about this situation.

Still waiting for my order. Chose next day delivery and it has been almost 4 weeks since I ordered. I have emailed twice and tried to reach through social media. No response apart from automated email. I spent £40 and so far have received nothing in exchange for my money. It's basically theft. Terrible communication. Can't comment on the product itself as it doesn't seem to actually exist.

Absolutely terrible! Emailed about two weeks ago, got one reply promising me a refund for my shipping that I was not supposed to be charged in the first place, have not heard anything back for over 10 days! Now £5 out of pocket. Such poor service

I'm still waiting for my order. I have written several emails and no response. I regret that I didn't read any of the reviews before ordering.

Absolutely abysmal service.
Ordered and paid for sunglasses in February.
First Hermes delivery failed. No reason given. Couldn't query Hermes the courier and pointed back to Quay. Quay took days to respond to my emails.
They resent a week or so later.
Second delivery also failed. Same process of chasing Quay. Slow response, sent again a couple of weeks later.
I asked them to ensure all details were correct and to contact courier to understand what the problem was as Hermes has delivered to our address many times recently.
21st April 8 weeks after paying for the sunglasses third delivery has failed.
Absolutely diabolical service.
Do not order from them.
