Our company has been operating in Cannes since 2008. Today we are one of the leading rental agencies. We are specialists in corporate business rentals, i.e. companies looking to accommodate their staff and/or customers in quality apartments, located close to the congress center, Palais des Festivals, and vacation rentals for families visiting Cannes during summer or off peak season. We provide financial guaranties of 690.000€ (via CEGC) for any rental transaction we engage our company in, and we have a state license to rent properties on the French Riviera. This makes us a very safe choice for our international clients, who are concerned over fake agencies or fraud. Our office is located in the Grand Hotel residence, number 45 on the famous boulevard la Croisette, so getting access to keys and/or staff during your stay in Cannes is very convenient. We are on call on a 24/7/365 basis for any client incidents.

J'ai séjourné dans l'appartement Scandinavian Suite 2
J'ai séjourné dans l'appartement Scandinavian Suite 2 à l'occasion d'un déplacement professionnel. Tout s'est très bien passé et il était très agréable de disposer de 4 chambres avec 4 SDB privatives. Un grand merci à M. Fermann pour son accueil et sa disponibilité tout au long du séjours.

BEST EVER!! A BSOLUTELY STUNNING
It was an absolutely stunning apartment!!
Beatiful interior with 4 bathrooms in marble .All modern facilities like washing machine and dryer, perfectly equipped kitchen
The host ,Claus was super friendly and very proffesional
And of course location,you cant stay better in Cannes right above Brunello Cucinelli..nad 30 m to a Croisette

This was my 1st experience to book with someone else as we have been staying in the same place for over 20 years but there was no disappointment at all by booking two apartments. Great service, very clean, very spacious, good natural light, very helpful. We booked it for work and the coworkers were all very happy. I shall use your company now one for every year's booking. Great Property and Great Host!
We booked a property for one of our VIP clients and they really enjoyed their stay at a beautiful Penthouse apartment in Cannes and will hopefully book again next year. The host - Claus was also great and they dealt with all our enquirers to ensure that everything went smooth for our client. The most amazing appartment!
The most amazing appartment! light and delicious, plenty of space and perfect for the 3 of us who were on a business trip in the occasion of Formula 1 in Monaco. Train station was within walking distance and Claus had appointed a nice breakfast restaurant on the walk through the nice neighborhood the apartment is located. Easy to stay in Cannes and take the train to work in Monaco. Claus Ferman has an ability to carry his guests so nothing is missing. Everything is thought of, thanks for an excellent service, we will definitely be back.
