I agree this is worse courier company maybe globally

Three experiences within 2 months, Two with bextbuy. First experience they delayed delivery claiming snow storm. There was indeed storm so I let it slide. The second experience was important package from Service Canada where they claimed they attempted delivery and no one was home yet no attempt slip was left so other than phone tracking update I had no idea where to locate package and no one cared that I had to be driving around to different depots to locate. Now after leaving hospital I purchased a mini fridge at bestbuy and yes as bestbuy is in bed with purolator they indeed shipped with them. They have package shipping back and forth to same location near my home, then past my home, then as I purchased item for my room where i should be on bed rest decided to pick up item at walmart instead and spent an extra $80 just to bring it home using uber. Supervisor request item be returned to sender yet even now they have it returned to depot near my home still attempting to deliver so maybe they can lay the claim to bestbuy that it was refused by sender. I have multiple recordings of both bestbuy and purolater supervisor and agents where they confirmed item request to return to sender processed yet still getting updates and notification where package is being attempted for delivery. I spent $80 extra to buy with another organization to show you purolator that even if you handed it to me for free there is nothing you can offer me than I will accept from you.

I can see you defensive you get in other reveiws making out customers to be liars instead of fixing your broken systems. Do yo think having free funding from Canadian govt and Canada post association will stop me from telling the truth that your company will not in any lifetime receive a dollar from me as your organization is undoubtably one of the least honest company I have witnessed and if you attempt to tie up my funds sending this item around and and around the globe before i can get my refund let this and the review left of bestbuy serve as notice I will post additional social media platforms reviews making this into series as well as share on my podcast which spans over 175 countries around the world should you choose to continue to lack operating without morals. I understand how systems work and you should not be in business with how you deal with customers.
I am a great reviewer and so if you continue to challenge forcing this package on me I will not stop at BBB but seek recourse as I have the time to do this.

Clearly you are allowed to continue without changing how you operate because of your alliances but karma does not miss.

I had a very frustrating delivery experience with my Best Buy order. I was at home all day, but no delivery attempt was made. Despite this, I was notified that I need to pick up the package from a pickup location.

I just want to say how dissatisfied

I just want to say how dissatisfied I am with Purolator service, I have been waiting since Monday for my package, first delay was a sorting error, 2nd delay it was missed connection, third delay at 4:54pm its due to weather, I live in Halifax it was not raining or snowing not so much as a breeze and it was 5 degrees, I can not exept weather being a valid reason for not delivering, yesterday I was expecting a different package I was home all day, they failed to deliver saying I was not home they did not even knock and stuck the notice to my door handle that package came today, its the 2nd package I am still waiting for. it was shipped express and they have not met that expectation. I am very disappointed and have requeted a written apology.

Followed instructions

Delivery was quick, parcel was delivered when predicted, and the delivery person followed my requests as to where to leave the parcel and to ring the doorbell upon delivery. Simple requests but not always followed!

DISGUSTING SYSTEMIC NEGLIGENCE – DRIVERS TRICKING THE SYSTEM


I am filing this public grievance regarding a systemic and disgusting pattern of delivery failure at my residence in Vancouver. I have lived here for over 25 years and I am finished with drivers "cutting corners" at the expense of my property.
The "Intercom Trick" and Intentional Negligence:
Your drivers have developed a dishonest tactic: they buzz my intercom so I think my parcel is coming to the door. Once I buzz them in, instead of using the elevator to deliver to my apartment door, they "dump and run." They abandon high-value items in an unsecured public lobby and stick a hangtag inside the building pretending I wasn’t home. I AM HOME and waiting every single time.
A Recurring Pattern:
This isn't just about one package. Your drivers have a chronic problem with "dumping" packages in our public lobby rather than delivering to the apartment door as they are paid to do. I have had expensive items sit vulnerable for days because of this laziness.
Just last week, I had to write to your corporate office because a driver buzzed me in and then stuck a hangtag in the lobby instead of coming to my door. I was told I had to go all the way across town to pick up my own package—which I refused to do because I am unwell and it is your job to deliver it. While you finally sent someone the next day to deliver it properly, that is just a Band-Aid. It shouldn't take a corporate escalation to get a driver to do the job they were already buzzed in to do.

To Purolator Management:
Your drivers are being given the access code and are being buzzed in, yet they deliberately choose to bypass my door to save seconds. This is property endangerment and I will hold you fully liable for any future losses. Do your jobs and deliver to the door as paid.

Drivers are useless, literally will do nothing extra and even said "its not my job" Do not phone customer.

Driver stopped delivery of a critical cancer treatment drug package from a pharmacy stating simply in my tracking that "Street access blocked". I actually live in the country and have a driveway off a main paved Range Road. In fact, overnight it had snowed and a branch... just a branch.... broke off and was on the paved driveway. From this spot you can see my home. I actually drove over the branch the prior night in the dark, it was not obstructive to a vehicle. I had to get passed the virtual assistants to get a live agent. Only a Manager can authorise a second delivery attempt. IT was done. The same driver returned (I literally red carpeted the driveway by removing the few broken branches). When confronted why he didn't call me ? I would have met him there? Why didn't he just get out of his vehicle, remove the one branch to the side of the driveway, and continue up the driveway. His response was literally "Its not my job". Absolutely useless, zero extra effort for customer service, doing nothing over above just sitting and driving and listening to his bluetooth iPhone earpods. A company reputation is made up of its extra effort, its people, the image and reputation it portrays. This driver, and many like him, do not do that and are destroying the fabric of our society, businesses and reputations. I will never use Purolator in my life and do not recommend anyone ever use them. If I could give a zero rating, I would. I only thank the Manager at Purolator for authorising a "2nd delivery attempt". Funny how the same driver managed to call me at the 2nd attempt as he said he was at my house but didn't want to exit because our dog was outside. Fair enough. So I went outside and met him. He could have done the same with a phone call the first time.

Pire expérience de livraison à vie

Pire expérience de livraison à vie. Le colis vient une première fois, le livreur ne sonne pas et laisse une note pour le ramassage à 30 minutes de chez moi (donc une heure aller/retour). J'appelle pour dire que le livreur n'a pas sonné (j'ai une caméra) et que je veux planifier une nouvelle livraison. On me dit que ça arrivera le jeudi. Finalement le mercredi j'ai une notification que le colis est en route vers chez moi, mais je reçois une nouvelle notification que le colis est retourné au ramassage alors que je suis à la maison. Je rappelle et la femme au service à la clientèle me dit quasiment que je ment en disant que le livreur n'a pas sonné, que ce que j'ai vu sur le tracking n'est pas la réalité (alors pourquoi faire un tracking?) et que mon colis est retourné à ce lieu de ramassage l'autre bout du monde. Je demande une nouvelle livraison qui finalement, arrivera (je l'espère) que vendredi. Donc 5 jours plus tard vs le délai de livraison initial pour lequel j'ai payé. Si je pouvais donner 0, je le refais.

On Thursday April 9th 2026 tracking says arrived at Edmonton sorting facility at 11:06pm.
Now Monday April 13 2026 tracking says no estimate delivery due to rail delays..
How can it be on a train and at sorting facility at the same time
Delivery is an Edmonton address..

has taken 27 days for package to arrive

I ordered a package 27 days ago and every time the package is out for delivery, they send it back to the facility to be reprocessed. Canada post has done better even while on strike!

Fake delivery attempts

I have seen the Purolator truck pull up to my building, the driver gets out with a fist full of "Missed you" slips already made out. I followed him, he went to my lobby and stuck the slips on the mailboxes then turned around and drove away. This happens all the time in Mississauga with Purolator.

Package not delivered to the correct…

Package not delivered to the correct address. System very slow to update. Package was being returned to Amazon in Mississauga instead it got as far as Etobicoke and was tagged as delivered. This also took 4 days for the system to update as delivered. I called and spoke to a customer service agent who was not at all helpful. He told me it was delivered which I told him the it did not make it to the correct destination so as a customer I was not at all happy with the service. His response was to contact Amazon and tell them where the item is and that they could arrange to pick it up. I said why should I do that you should be responsible to deliver it to the correct location. His response was is there anything else I can help you with. I said no and ended the call as I could tell I might as well have been talking to a brick wall.

lazy drivers don't even attempt to call you if there's a delivery problem. even for extremely expensive items. shocking that these companies are even permitted to continue operating.

Purolator's extremely poor customer delivery service

This is about the Purolator delivery to my town on behalf of an Amazon supplier. I live in a small town here in Alberta, I am right on the main street leading into the town, easy house to find, however every Purolator driver finds it easier to drop my shipment at the Purolator agent two towns away then tell me they could not locate my address. I have written four times about this issue, the last happening yesterday. Other carriers - Fed Ex, Amazon, contract carrier have no problem finding my house and do a proper home delivery.
After 8 emails back and forth with a Purolator Customer Service agent I received a commitment from them to re-deliver my package to my address within 2 ~ 4 days.
Now my question to them is: How do you expect to deliver to my address if on 4 previous occasions your driver stated he couldn't find it? Purolator has a
Quality Problem that in all appearances they don't want to correct. This attitude is terrible for the customers and suppliers who rely on Purolator to deliver when promised.

Why bother applying for a job you can't…

Why bother applying for a job you can't do? Every stinkin' time I have a package coming through Purolator, they lie about my whereabouts and claim to have "missed" me or were "unable to deliver" for an undisclosed reason.

My residence isn't hard to find or reach. When I know I have a package coming, I stay home or someone else will. We have a call box, AND my phone number is on the shipping label. There is no excuse.

No one came by today. I didn't even see the truck on my street. Yet I got a notice. Now I have to reschedule my delivery to 4 days from now and hope my next driver actually delivers my parcel.

Purolator has had 2 chances with me first they flagged a box saying the label fell off .....it was written on in permanent magic marker, this time they couldn't find my address in a town of 500 people and sent my item back to amozon instead of dropping at the depot what up with this company !!!!!!!!
