While the quality of the hair is better than other (cheaper) options, there was way too much hair in the clip in fringe I bought (like 10 times too much hair, too much to reasonably be able to thin it out). So, completely unusable for me.

I found pure hair extensions online and was looking for an affordable solution to thickening my hair - they responded to my enquiry immediately and I was able to collect my hair piece the same day, it was so easy and I’m so happy with my hair extensions!

Having bought from Pure hair before and the extensions being great quality I decided to purchase again. I really wish I hadn't. Even though my hair was clean before application and no conditioner used they are shedding badly. After 1 week the hair looks dry and frazzled even though I am using the correct shampoo and conditioners qnd using hair serum. I have worn extensions for 15 years and have never ever experienced this. My hair dresser has also ran out of ideas and after 3 weeks of wear I am going to have to have these removed. My hairdresser has recommended sending one of the unused bonfs to a lab to be analysed as this should not happen with Remy extensions. Don't waste your money buying these.

Exceeded expectations. The 16” pony tail clip in was plenty and you could feel the weight. Easy to insert in my existing (pencil thin) high ponytail. Felt and looked like real hair and I received lots of compliments.

Website was well constructed and easy to follow to get to view what I was interested in. There was lots of extra information that was very useful. Any questions that I had about hair or quality or business etc, was all in the appropriate sections and headings.
There was a great choice in variety of colours of hair. Prices for what I was wanting was well worth it and very reasonable given the great quality! Was pleasantly pleased with the extensions I ordered and the beautiful quality of hair described was what I received and no less!! Will be purchasing from here again.

If I could give 0 I would, 100% do not buy from this company I got 200grams of i-tip extentions had them on my head for not even 3 days the sheading was so bad that most of the extentions had actually fallen completely apart, wish I could add videos to these reviews because this is shocking and then for you as a company to try act like it was the installers fault and possibly what my hair was washed with before installing is hilarious the extentions are poorly made, the actual hair it's self does feel lush tho just a shame they are made so badly

Respone to pure hairs coment number 1 they was instantly by the same woman who's been instantly my hair for 10 years I can 100% tell you she did nothing wrong number 2 if you done your job correctly and put enough glue on the bond to make the stick tips they wouldn't have been falling part and number 3 you keep saying shedding but in the videos and photos I sent you I'm literally telling the extentions apart cause you are selling rubbish

First timer for extensions here, I can’t believe how perfect and flawless they look seriously I’m so stoked and happy to continue buying from pure hair because it looks so natural, the clip in are so easy, followed the video instructions super happy ! Me self confidence has rocketed up !

The quality of the hair extensions are great. I would recommend purchasing this product if you want extra length and thickness.

I placed an order, after my last supplier stopped trading after reading the reviews on their site (despite them being years old and now very clearly fake since there's 4 lol..) and received them. First thing I noticed, is they are not as thick at the tip as they are on the ends as stated on the site. Should have been the first red flag but whatever, I needed my hair doing and considering they came from Australia and I have events to attend I can not wait for a replacement. Secondly, AAAAAA+ grade?! Get real. Another lie.

After having them installed by the same specialist for almost a decade, I ofcourse used the same person, all the same products I have previously and the same before and after process. Immediately, all I dealt with was the hair shedding. Not a bit, which can be normal. But an absolute ton! My clothes are caked in hair, it's all over my house, I can't run my fingers through my hair without stacks of hair wrapped around my fingers!! The hair not only sheds, but comes away from the glue bond, leaving the glue in your hair. Dare brush your hair (correctly, from the ends working up and using an extension brush before I'm blamed for that too!!) And say goodbye to a minimum of 4 bonds. Dont bother to shower and CORRECTLY wash your hair! Bye bye to more bonds! The hair overall is horrific quality. So thin, knotty and dry.

So I contact the company. And ofcourse its all my fault, with the offer of a cute little discount to get more of my money 🤣 Get real! God forbid I use the same products advised by a hair extension specialist. God forbid I use SPECIALIST hair extension shampoo and conditioner I have used for a long time, that is award winning may I add?

So please keep your money! Both the company and anyone contemplating buying from this disgraceful company. If I could give 0 stars I would. The only 5 star reviews they have, have only ever made one review. Suspicious to you too?! Listen to the reviews that state exactly what I do. If you want to spend your hard earned money on hair that will shed EVERYWHERE, need removing after 2 weeks then more fool you 😁
