I ordered the clip in One Piece/ Volumizer Light Brown with Light Blonde Highlights 20 inch (60 grams) hair extensions and I absolutely love them. The quality is good and the two colours matched my hair perfectly. They're the perfect length and do not shed. I only purchase from Pure hair extensions because the cost is great due to the quality you receive.

I’ve consistently purchased the same one piece volumizer for the past 4 years, it has always served me well and seamlessly blended in with my hair. Always recommend to anyone who has complimented or asked about my hair.

No hair extensions, told delay but not told when coming. Emailed three times, no response!

I had to wait a few extra days for my hair extensions to arrive due to a run out on the specific ones I wanted. However, once they arrived I instantly was sooo happy! Absolutely worth the wait! They were exactly what I wanted, and they have been holding up nicely. I have very fine hair that at the time was shoulder length, and because of that length my hair wasn't able to blend nicely with normal extensions, like the thinner ones you can purchase at Sally's Beauty - (Which is specifically why I purchased from this company. They have ultimate volume extensions that when curled especially blend perfect with the shorter hair.) I am happy, and feel it was worth the money for me as I take care of them, and have places to wear them.

1/5 — $800+ for a colour that looks nothing like advertised

Absolutely appalling colour accuracy.

We spent over $800 on a full set of tape-in extensions in Auburn #33.What arrived is anything but auburn. The extensions are predominantly dark brown, with black streaks and noticeable purple undertones.

Finding extensions for naturally ginger/auburn hair is already incredibly difficult. Even looking at the listing photos, I knew their idea of “Auburn” was darker than what I would personally consider a true auburn — and I was prepared for that.

What I wasn’t prepared for was receiving something that bears almost no resemblance to the colour they actually advertised.

Screen settings and lighting can absolutely cause minor colour variations. They don’t turn the warm auburn shade pictured online into dark brown hair with black streaks and purple undertones.

When you’re charging over $800 for a full set of extensions, accurate colour representation shouldn’t be too much to ask.

If you’re naturally ginger/auburn and considering #33 based on their photos, be extremely cautious. Premium pricing for colour accuracy this poor is simply unacceptable.

I have used this company now on many occasions, iam a master stylist myself and use these hair extensions on my clients,no shredding, also love the new packaging

I have been ordering extensions on pure hair for 2 years now. I only buy their one piece hair volumizer and I can’t live without it ! The quality is good and the delivery to France is really fast. Sometimes I get customs and sometimes I don’t. This time I luckily didn’t get any customs but a few months ago I got 30€. Anyways I will always order on pure hair as it’s the most affordable website to get one piece 100% human hair extensions. I just wish they would make 80g or 100g one piece as the 60g is a bit too thin and the 160g is way too thick for my thin fine hair. I also hope they will one day bring the balayage versions in 60g as they are only available in 160g.

I have purchased from pure multiple times, and have been really happy with the hair. The colours are great and I really love the quality, they have lots of shades and customer service is always very helpful 💕

The WORST hair extensions ever.. the shedding is unreal!!! The keratin bonds are terrible.. I highly suggest you purchase elsewhere as even temu will have better quality. Their responses via email are rude.. short..and deny any possible fault in product.. there were colored cotton threads in the bundles of K tips (u tips) that had to be cut off
. And after being installed, they shed an insane amount..

Very happy with my purchase the quality of these halo extensions is amazing so thick and I was able to colour it to match my hair perfectly. The team at Pure are very resourceful and responsive to emails.

I ordered 30 inch black hair extensions. The company I used to use before for many years before went out of business, so this was my first order with Pure Hair. The order got here fast and I'm so happy they have the length I wear as it is hard to find! The hair is quality and nice. The ends are a little thin, but I am very happy with them overall!

Purchased light grey hair extensions. Received yellow blonde extensions, not a single grey hair to be found. Very disappointing and false advertising. Attempted to tone them and the quality completely deteriorated, not impressed.

Warning I got none of my orders I found it difficult to get in touch and when I did the staff was extremely rude then it’s been months $1000s and they don’t care or reply also no tracking number Don’t be a sucker like me
