Fair service. They started the maintenance at the booked time. Clear and fair communication from the staff, proper care about the car. I have many good experience with protyre.

Friendly staff and great customer servive
Great customer service, friendly staff. Great communication. Ordered two tyres and replaced that afternoon and two more placed two days later as they needed changing as well. Great cup of tea whilst waiting 🙂

Had interim Service
Had interim Service, but very next day car wouldn't start, screen telling me workshop needed. On electrical fault, went back and they said they’d sorted the issue. Went to work, at end of day car wouldn’t start again Lots of flashing saying driver assist not working etc. Left it awhile and an hour later started. Took back in this morning, now been told electrical fault which is to complicated for them . I have now booked into another garage. I won’t be using you again!!

GOOD SERVICE…
Looked after we'll while waiting for MOT even gave me a coffee and checked l was ok while waiting.
