Good price for the tyres.
The only thing that prevented it being a 5 star review was the cleanliness of the waiting area, and particularly the toilet facilities. That said we would still highly recommend.

Can’t give no stars
Can’t give no stars.
Well I try to be patient and give people/companies the benefit of the doubt. However Protyre are nothing but promise breakers , I would like to use some other words, but that’s not professional which is more than can be said for Protyre. The issue goes back to mid June getting on for 12 weeks. This is the forth review regarding the matter of leaving me hanging around for 1 1/2 days out of a 4 day break. If you have any issues with Protyre then god help, because you can be sure that they won’t. My next contact will be to email the CEO, but to be honest I don’t think they will care either going by the current level of customer service. Protyre you need to get your act together and put your customers first!

Can’t put a zero star review
Can’t put a zero star review. Ref complaint 20663
Raised 2 previous 1-star reviews as a result of failing to supplying a replacement tyre. Was promised not once, not twice but three times the tyre will be here at the Thetford branch. The last promise was a 1000% it will be here. Wasted 1- 1/2 days of my holiday waiting round. Raised this on Trust Pilot, the initial response was good even an email, but then nothing. The second review was much the same initial response was good, with the issue now escalated to management and the same old promise we will get back to you. This has now been almost 14-days and again nothing. All I can say is if your dealings with Protyre don’t go right first time then god help you.

One thing that maybe could be offered is if like my case the fitter said he couldn’t repair my slow puncture because of its position, maybe he could have shown me rather than just saying it. I know I could have asked to see it but that maybe would sound like I don’t trust him.
