Drumming up extra trade or looking after the customer ??omer??
Fitting and ordering tyres great.
After fitting i was told my brake pads were low and would need replacing. On top he then added the discs are showing signs of wear and would also need replacing. I was then given a quote. Went to three other dealers including suzuki all said there was no problems with discs. Also suzuki pointed out to me they had been replaced three years ago. Am i being unfair that this was possibly a scare tactic to drum up trade!!

Problem identified.
Fitted me in at short notice. Checked the balanced in one wheel and highlighted the problem with the 2nd. Pointed me towards company on estate (CNC Coatings) who could fix.

The MOT was carried out at the alloted time, staff were friendly and professional,
The car was ready at the time they had advised. The car passed with a report and recommendation on tyres that require replacing in the near future. Very happy with the service I received.
