They’re always great with availability to get the car in, but every time I come, my appt always goes way over the time allocation, or they run late. Also the last visit I had 2 new tyres done on the rear and the edge of the alloy on both has been damaged, likely from the machine as they were particularly lubed coming out. Luckily I’m going to respray them as the lacker is peeling, otherwise would be annoying.

Shout out to the girl on the desk though, she showed amazing customer service and had a really awkward guy when I was waiting and she dealt with it greatly!

All on reception were very helpful as soon as I walked in. They got me sorted in no time. The service was excellent.
They found I had a nail in my tyre but could not repair it as I was too near the edge, so they found me the best tyre for my needs. They couldn't be more helpful. I would recomend them every time.

Arrived at 1330 and left at 1400.
Polite staff and reasonable cost.

Old van for an aircon re-gas, whilst I waited.
Van was in the workshop on time and an hour later all done.
Friendly staff, very efficient service, all for less than £70.
I would recommend.

The service and MOT went smoothly, however, I asked them to look at the windscreen washers which were not working. They reported that it needed a new motor but that they had one in stock which would cost £30. I agreed and was then contacted to say the one they had was for a different model of Honda CR-V and that they could only get one from the main dealer which would cost £80!

Great service. I had 4 Tyres transferred to refurbished wheels on my campervan. Work carried out with care. Very pleased and will use this company again. Good comms and admin made arranging the work easy.

I was amazed at the excellent swift service I received last Saturday, I had a slow puncture & my tyre was soon replaced .I didn't know they were about to close , the Manager Toby was so helpful & the team too .

It was really busy when I visited and was so glad I’d booked a slot! But the guys worked so quickly and efficiently with smiles on their faces. They were really keen to make sure I was happy with the option of tyres I’d chosen and even offered a discount! I drove away very happy

They were super busy but still managed to squeeze me in after a little wait. I had a valve issue in my tyre. Quick fix. Great peace of mind before a long journey. Everyone was informative and friendly. Will be back again. Thanks.
