Not very happy
Not very happy, had tracking and mechanical work done and had to come back as wasnt done right. I think who ever does the mechanical work needs to take more pride in their work. After waiting so long for it to be done. Whats the point in having slot to book appointments if your car doesnt go in at that time, Definitely need more staff. Only positive was the 2 gentlemen on the front desk were helpful and very sorry but still not good enough when your paying for a service. And a car being very serious and could have been a different story. Not like messing up someone take away or food shop order. I have young children

Pro tyre had the tyres I wanted
Pro tyre had the tyres I wanted at a good price, and even better they could fit the same day. Everything was first class and they do deserve 5 stars, however a mix up with where the tyres were meant I was kept waiting a lot longer. I would have understood if I had been told, perhaps something to change next time.

The staff were very pleasant and…
The staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable and honest. I was only there for a tpms replacement but whilst they were fixing it they noticed another tyre had cord exposed and offered to replace the tyre as my car was already there. I was satisfied with the price for everything and they didn't try to force me to buy any expensive tyres I wouldn't need.

Great Service but poor time management.
Very friendly and helpful staff, coffee eases the waiting a little. Car was taken into workshop 45 mins after appointment. Should not take a booking if you cannot see the vehicle at the booked time.
