Aggressive Marketing Without Consent – Unacceptable Experience
I started a purchase process on their website but did NOT complete the order. I also did NOT accept GDPR consent or agree to be contacted via email or phone.
Despite this, I started receiving aggressive marketing outreach.
A Georgia-based phone number (clearly a robot call) has been calling me repeatedly — already 8 times, almost every minute. On top of that, they also contacted me via email.
To be clear:
• I did not place an order
• I am not in any contractual relationship with them
• I did not give consent to be contacted
This level of pushy and intrusive marketing is unacceptable and honestly very off-putting.
I contacted their support via chat and explicitly requested that all my personal data be deleted from their database. They confirmed that my data had been removed — yet the automated calls continued afterward.
This is not how a professional company should operate, especially when it comes to data protection and user consent.
Very disappointing experience.

Unfortunately, it appears that a technical synchronization error occurred within our automated outreach system. Despite your request for data removal being processed, a lag in the system’s communication caused the automated tool to continue its sequence incorrectly.
Please be assured that this aggressive frequency was a result of a technical glitch and does not reflect our intended marketing policy. We have manually intervened to ensure that your details are completely purged from all our communication channels, and you will not receive any further contact from us.
We are taking this feedback seriously and are currently reviewing our integration protocols to prevent such automated errors from happening again in the future.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we truly regret that your first interaction with us was a negative one.
