I am currently in the process of buying one of the prospect homes at Hollinsgate. Sharon has been extremely helpful with this and has made the process feel a lot smoother, is always available to help and answer all questions I have with all the details and reassurance to further assist with the process, meaning that I can look forward to the buying process as opposed to it being as stressful.

Bought a beautiful home on the Abby Vale development in Widnes. Been in 7 months and they have just decided to hack down the beautiful hawthorn bushes which have taken years to develop which is front of the development & our home. Despite us asking them not to cut them down so excessively they have continued to do so, so they are now pretty much none existent. Been told by the new site manager it is none of our business & they will do what they want anyway, so bear this in mind if your looking at a property on here. They promote protecting the natural habitat/ environment and planting trees, clearly they not thinking about the impact on the environment or residents, wildlife or the fact that they have opened us up the road noise, pollution & removed our privacy without negotiation or informing us. Even the tree surgeons cutting stated it was crazy and they just needed trimming. Turns out they are not interested in listening to you or your opinions.

We are really so pleased to have finally moved into our new home it’s absolutely beautiful and even better now we are almost unpacked! We first decided on Bridgemere a year ago and had no hesitation in placing our reservation fee on a plot , the customer service from Barbara and Maggie stood out greatly from other local developments we had visited and that carried right through to Nia in Customer service , through to on site ( Dave) and ( Callum) right through to after sales care team Paul who helped us address any outstanding issues in a really professional and timely manner , everyone so far has gone above and beyond and we had every confidence that our first new build home should be with Prospect and we are so excited to be here within a stones throw of the most beautiful surroundings in Burscough.

I just wanted to share my experience dealing with Sharon from Prospect homes in Burnley and to say how helpful, professional and friendly the service we received from her, she went above and beyond in gathering the vast amount of information I wanted with regards to 3 property styles we are interested in.

Sharon was so helpful with our first time buying process at the Hollinsgate site. Spoke us through our options and the potential upgrades/plots we could look through.

For us, it was key to speak with someone who understood our want for a house and home to last and Sharon was great in explaining the different plots and what they could offer in the long run.

We have just moved into our new home on the Abby Vale development in Widnes and what can we say other then we highly recommend. The staff are absolutely amazing and we would like to say a massive thank you for everything Jasmine, Maggie, Barbara, Chris and the rest of the prospect homes team from start to finish you have been amazing and on hand to help us throughout the whole process I feel 5 stars isn’t enough and you deserve more. We are so excited to start making loads of amazing memories in our new home and once again appreciate everything you have done for us.

Sam the site manager and the site reps Jasmine and Barbara have been super helpful. They don’t treat you like just any client - they treat you like you’re the only one. I’m buying the show home which has been built for a while - and they have pulled all the stops out to make sure the house is ready for me to move in next week. I would highly recommend and any Prospect development as they are small and well managed

My darling wife and I were invited to our walk through (inside & out) of our new home at Bridgemere, Orrell Lane, Burscough. We turned up an hour early but instead of sending us for coffee, Sam the Site manager immediately put us at our ease and set up our walk through. Mags joined us later. Sam made it look easy and relaxed us both enabling us to absorb more than we thought. By showing us how everything works in & out our confidence grew and we wanted to move in there & then. Mags added the finished touches to contract exchanges leaving us both tired but excited our move is coming.
Excellent service from both site staff - thank you folks, we look forward to moving in and unpacking.

Sharon the sales representative based at the Hollinsgate Burnley office was my first direct contact with a staff member of Prospect Homes.

Sharon is friendly, smart and really well-informed about the properties of interest to me and the development generally. She guided me through the development on a very impressive wide touchscreen monitor.

Sharon also followed up what we discussed in writing.

Prospect Homes provide quality homes and a great customer care service. As with all new builds there are minor snags etc that need sorting however, Prospect are always quick and reliable for sorting these issues. They provide a friendly and reliable service and care about their customers

As first time buyers, these made the process easy, and talked us through it the whole way, any problems we’ve had they have been straight out to us to sort it, we couldn’t of asked for better if we tried, Sam and Jasmine were the main ones we dealt with and were top class and friendly, also some things we wanted we was a bit over the schedule to change and they accommodated us and made sure we got it. Thankyou for everything and hopefully many happy memories in our new home for me and my girlfriend

As first-time buyers, we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Bridgemere and Prospect Homes. From the very start, the whole process has been smooth and supportive.

Jasmine, our sales advisor, has been absolutely amazing throughout. She has guided us every step of the way, always quick to respond to our (many!) questions and always so thorough. We feel incredibly lucky to have had her support, and she’s still helping us even after we’ve moved in. We were also lucky enough to be supported by Maggie, who has been lovely and helpful.

Sam, the site manager, has been equally fantastic. From the home demo and house visits to settling us in, he’s gone above and beyond to address any queries quickly and efficiently. Nothing has ever felt like too much trouble for him, which has made such a difference.

My boyfriend and I were originally determined not to buy a new build, but when we found Bridgemere and saw the quality of the homes — and met the supportive staff — we changed our minds. We’re so glad we chose Bridgemere and Prospect Homes.

We honestly can’t fault the experience so far. The home, the team, and the care we’ve received have all been exceptional. We’re so happy with our decision and would highly recommend them to anyone.

5 stars really is nt high enough for Prospect homes.
All staff from sales to site Management ( Sam) in particular were exceptional. Helpful, professional and understanding.

They have made my experience of buying my brand new home a complete dream come true.

The journey from start to finish has been fantastic. I will be recommending Prospect to family and friends.

My son and his wife have been in. Prospect home for 5 years. They are now looking to move to a larger house following the birth of their daughter. As part of the sale documents a reply about possible future service charges has been requested. A response has been lacking for over a month despite numerous chasing,resulting in a delay in moving date. I would have thought a simple request that every new purchaser/ seller would need would be on file to be mailed. Inept would be my opinion

In August 2024 I wrote a review pointing out a number of problems that had arisen since buying our house in 2018.
Prospect replied to the review, indicating that a change of management would mark a change in approach.
Nothing has changed. I have spent the last year trying to get Prospect to provide the development with the wild flower meadow that they promised. During that time Prospect tried to give the impression that they were doing something. For example, speaking to the our managing agents. But in fact these were just delaying tactics.
I was told that the meadow had been accepted by the development's management company, of which I'm a director, but refused to provide proof of this.
As it stands weeds and thistles are rampant in an area that should have been a colourful wildflower meadow.
Prospect continue to let us down.

We were shown round our new home today. Everything was clearly explained by Sam. The process was not rushed and Sam took the time to demonstrate everything thoroughly. He was able to answer all our questions. He reassured us, going forward that if we had any concerns then he was available to us. Very professionally done.

Been working through our snagging list with Kirsty (customer services) and are really grateful for the way she has organised everything and kept us informed. Grateful for Sam Williams coordinating everything on the day.

Mentioned to the site manager Sam a few weeks ago that we had sloght marks on our patio door handles. He sprung into action and sorted them for us in double quick time. Thanks Sam

Prospect Homes gave me my forever, dream home and it’s amazing, I’m so happy.
They delivered exceptional advice, service and professionalism from start to finish.
The experience was outstanding and very memorable.
