Proplates Anmeldelser

Unfortunately haven't yet received the plates, even though I ordered 6 days ago and paid for 48 tracked service.

I bought the plates based on their own FAQ which states orders are shipped the same day. I was sent a tracking code the same day, but unfortunately it didn't work.

After chasing the issue with the tracking for several days, I was finally made aware by the company that the items actually take longer that advertised to produce and would be shipped 3 days after my original purchase.

I shopped around to ensure I found a company with a fast turn around due to my circumstances, unfortunately I was misled by their own FAQ.

Requested a refund multiples times but no movement. Can't comment on the quality of the product as I don't have the items.

First time using this company there was a little mistake with my plates that i panicked about but that was quickly turned around after a few emails with Danielle at customer service, the mistake was minor we all make mistakes I'm just happy it was rectified after a few emails with Danielle, yes I'll be ordering from you guys again, very good quality and packaged very good when posted, not a single little scratch on the plates, I'm now a very happy new customer :)

Ordered a set of reproduction dealer plates, I could only supply a very poor quality image of 1980's dealer logo I required on the plates but they managed to sort it no problem, they even sent across a picture for me to approve before making them. Plates arrived promptly and they are top quality and finished off properly on the edges. I can highly recommend pro-plates to anyone needing a set of original looking dealer plates for their classic car.

Simply excellent customer service and great plates - 5/5
Kind regards

I have recommended them to many, many people. Please use without question!

This is now the fifth or sixth set of plates I’ve bought and they are again superb. Every time they have been exactly as requested and delivered super quick. The best service and product anywhere in the UK.
As Arny once said “I’ll be back!”

These are the best plates I’ve ordered, and when dealing with an issue (my mistake ordering the wrong size) it was dealt with swiftly and professionally. Would recommend ProPlates every time.

Great service from Danielle and the team. The products are great quality and produced to a high standard following clear and concise communication!

1st Class !!!

I will recommend to anyone that's purchasing new plates !

Very helpful and quick

I ordered back and front stick-on plates for my Tesla and was worried that the back stick-on plate would not fit as there are protruding holes when the back original plate is removed. I did mention in the comment section that it should fit Tesla. To my surprise they did send the right back plate. The plates are good quality and fit perfectly. Very happy.

I’ve used this company multiple times now for cherished plates on various vehicles and caravans.

On a a recent order in February 2022 I had an issue with a plate not having the correct spacing (as ordered) this was rectified free of charge and received within a couple of days. Hassle free!

I’ve just placed another order, and requested a ‘special’ spacing distance between 2 characters. I even have received an email to confirm my request.

Great customer service, much better than I expected from an online provider. Plates are great quality too, couldn’t ask for anything else!

I have bought several sets of plates from this company over the years. Never had any issues.

The most recent set have fallen to bits within a year. Clearly a manufacturing issue as they are coming apart at the edges, not sealed correctly. Emailed the seller, and despite some initial issues I was sent a new plate under warranty.

Would be happy to use this company again on this basis.

Excellent service and understanding my order, Louise was exceptional in her customer liaison although I fear could possibly be a bit nutty but nevertheless a great asset to your company. Many thanks for your help.

Second time of ordering .... Nice and easy custom graphic added as required. Will use again

Brilliant custom design service and very quick delivery

Very slow in completing order took a week to arrive although I paid for the fastest shipping

Great service and excellent quality plate. Fast communications and good price. Very happy with the plates made for my Land Rover. 5 stars!
