Proplates Anmeldelser

I ordered a stick on vinyl plate earlier in the week. I paid extra for express delivery as I needed the plate to be delivered urgently. The plate arrived in 48 hours but was someone else registration and not what I ordered. I have called several times but the phone number doesnt work and I am not getting a response to my emails. Im happy to update this review if I get a response however its not looking good at the moment.

After a long time finding somewhere to make what i had in mind id given up until i spoke to ProPlates. Made me exactly what i had in mind. Their custom side banner service made exactly what i was after. Less than a week from order to delivery with confirmation and update emails along the way. Parcel2go are not great to be honest, the plates were despatched within a day or 2 but took 4 days to be delivered but it was free shipping and overall the process was quick and painless.

Confused by the reviews on here as my experience was quite the opposite. The website doesn't give you any indication of dispatch or delivery times, and when emailing to query the responses were effortless.

Still waiting for my plates which they dropped off at a 'parcel shop' using a budget parcel service online 'parcel2go'.

Would avoid this company and seek professionals.

Unbelievable customer service. I genuinely have never experienced such excellent response time and understanding from a supplier. You guys are on another level :)

Plates came very quickly and were high quality. I queried where were the Makers mark postcode and BSAU numbers because I couldn't see them. Customer service responded very quickly to point out that they were very small and in the border. Perfect!

Used pro plates multiple times. Quality is excellent every time, far superior to dealership plates which always have imperfections. Will continue to use for every vehicle. Multiple designs possible with great website to show you what your design will look like. If your looking for new plates, don’t bother going elsewhere!!!

Great quality, sent exactly as I designed. Easy to design and quick delivery.
Thank you guys

Excellent customer service and very quality plates!

Customer service absolutely terrible the plates themselves are good quality but the spacing in between the letters was not what i ordered but after numerous emails and messages sent on the website no reply and just avoiding the issue.

I have been a long term customer of Proplates, always great service and happy to assist where they can. Especially Danielle, who always goes that extra mile for you.
The products are always flawless and perfect.

Huge thanks.

I had very specific requirements for my number plate, size, alignment, badges etc. and after checking all the others, Proplates were the only ones who provided exactly what I wanted AND they were cheaper too.
Great service + quick delivery, many thanks.

Made some show plates up for my project car from just 2 pictures I sent.
Absolutely spot on, arrived as promised all properly packaged and at a good price.
Would have no hesitation recomending them to anyone else.
Great job!!

Awesome service. Nothing is too much trouble. I have used them a few times now and everything they do is perfect. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Brilliant from start to finish. Competitive prices and fast delivery. Uploaded some custom artwork and had a "Received with thanks" email within the hour (on a Sunday too). Would definitely use again and have already recommended to several friends.

Proplates made me a set of replica dealer plates for a Range Rover. Super friendly and swift service. Couldn't have been easier to arrange or happier with the end result. Proofs given and adjustments made as required before producing the plates - I even added a third plate for a trailer with no issues... In summary, would recomend 100% - great people, great service. Thank you very much.

Danielle from ProPlates has been very helpful, sending me proofs of my showplates, to allow me to request minor design adjustments, and to confirm I’m happy with the design before ordering. The showplates themselves are of excellent quality, with no trapped bubbles, and with a protective film applied to the top surface to prevent any surface scratches. Would use again, thanks.

So impressed! I ordered a stick-on plate for my electric three-wheeled car (motorcycle numberplate). It is perfect: On two lines and the green badge is next to the second line - looks very neat!

I used ProPlates to reproduce an exact match of an original 1980’s Ford dealer rear plate that is on my car.
I emailed a few photos of my existing original plate and was emailed drafts of the new plates the next day. I emailed back as a small revision was needed. I was sent the amended draft again the next day and confirmed all was good to go ahead. New plates arrived the next day and are exactly what I wanted and expected. Perfect match to my existing dealer plate. Highly recommend using ProPlates if you want period correct plates on your classic car.
