I needed to have a boiler valve replaced. From start to finish it was smooth. Communication was neat and timely, the work was professionally done as quoted and promised, and I think the pricing was appropriate. I am very happy with them.

I have my boiler serviced annually and have always found Progas Ltd very reliable. They send reminders, the engineers arrive on time and they do a thorough job.

Very reliable and great service. Was a bit puzzled that I did a call out and the billing structure was a bit strange. Different invoices for the same job that included parts replacement and service. Would recommend unifying billing for the same call. Otherwise, I highly recommend Progas as very reliable.
