I am extremely disappointed with this experience.

I purchased the Neso Grande after being advised it was suitable for windy beach conditions. I followed all instructions precisely and, at the company’s request, provided photos and video to demonstrate correct setup.

Despite this, the company ultimately acknowledged what I had been raising from the outset. In windy conditions, the sandbags are pulled inward, effectively turning the tent into a sail. This directly contradicts how the product is promoted.

I raised my rights under Australian Consumer Law, making it clear that a product must perform as described and fit for the purpose it is marketed for. The responses that followed were evasive and avoided taking responsibility. Even when Matt, the designer, joined the email thread, he confirmed the same issue with wind pulling the sandbags in.

All I requested was a refund, as the product does not match its description. Under Australian Consumer Law, I should not be required to pay an additional $179 to return a faulty product in order to receive a $239 refund.

Buyers should be aware that this product is only suitable in calm conditions, which is rarely the case on Australian beaches. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing it.

I bought the Detox Energizing Tea from Lulutox in early December because I had previously bought an order from them online and had no problem. But this time it was very different. Due to a mix up AU$270.90 was sent from my bank account for the product that when the exchange rate was taken into consideration should have been only just over AU $ 168. I wrote to them often and explained the wrong amount was taken and could they please refund the balance back to my account. After many emails I was told that Lulutox does not refund any money once the parcel was sent and received. So I am just warning people to not buy anything from Lulutox. I had even sent them a copy of part of my bank statement showing the amount of money paid to Lulutox but they still refused to refund my money. I have kept all the emails etc as proof of what I have written, and I can send a copy to anyone interested in buying anything from Lulutox, so they do not make the same mistake as I made thinking they were and honest company. I found their ad online and bought the first product from them and had no problem. But things changed when I re bought from them. So please read this and do not become another victim. Hoppyroo

I recently purchased an “Outdoor Camera Plus Solar + Pole and Wall Mount” from Ring.
The instructions that come with the package are very lacking. In particular I struggled with how to release the camera’s folding bracket. I almost dismantled the thing trying to release it. It is very hard to find the relevant instructions on the Ring website and I ended up using Google for the instructions, but even then they were inadequate because of the difficulty in releasing the bracket. I eventually found a third-party Youtube video which explained that you need to use extreme force to release the bracket.
I have other ring cameras which were not a problem but the design of this Camera Plus is poor.
In addition, the metal ties that are provided to secure the mount to a post or pole let the overall appearance down badly - they look like an afterthought that someone raced out to Bunnings to buy (acknowledging that I was aware of this when I ordered it).
I haven’t actually used - got sick of the whole thing - so can’t comment on if it actually works.
Also frustrating that they don’t seem to have an email so I can give this feedback directly.

I was totally scammed by Louis Bellucci who sell watches online. Looks very legit. Paid for a watch for my husband for Christmas but when enquiring as to how it was coming along…absolutely no answer. Online review now showing others scammed as well. Onto my bank now. I think it is really sad that people get away with this sort of thing. I like to believe most people are honest but it seems times have changed.. and I am switched on but they got me.

If you see any promotion on Woolworth gift cards BE WARNED. It is a scam. The cards have no value loaded. You don't discover this until the awkward moment at checkout. Then customer care puts in so many roadblocks you give up chasing it. The first time it happened to me I spent over 5 hours trying to redeem a $20 voucher... gave up as there no end in sight, and there is no economic sense in spending hundreds of dollars in time trying to retrieve $20. It happened again this week with my employers $50 gift card. Not going to waste my time dealing with Woolworthless. Far more productive to warn others of the SCAM.

I purchased what I believed was a simple 30‑day fasting plan from Fasting SIA. Only afterward did I discover that an automatic recurring payment had been set up for the next month in PayPal. I cancelled the subscription immediately, well before the payment date, and received written confirmation from Fasting SIA that my cancellation had been processed.
Despite this, a new payment was taken several days later — and it was more than double the amount of my original purchase. I raised a dispute through PayPal, but the case was unfortunately decided in the company’s favour.
In my experience, the cancellation timing appears to leave room for additional charges even when customers act early and receive confirmation. I would strongly recommend checking the terms very carefully before purchasing, and double‑checking that any subscription element has been fully removed.
I’m sharing this to help others make an informed decision, as the process did not feel transparent or fair from my side.

I will never buy from roof racks galore,and recommend everyone keep away they take your money and dont send the product, been 3 weeks since order, still hasnt been sent. Asked a week and a half ago and they told me it was delivered. I argued then they said it hasnt been sent yet, they have none in stock, then they said 3 business days and they will send, now been 4 business days, i have sent 3 emails and they have ignored them all.Tim Martin(owner) should be ashamed of himself approving this kind of customer service.

PayPal paid a scammer after we advised them not to pay an amount pending. Now PayPal bots are saying there is nothing that they can do to help us.

Got 4 things from Vinnies online, the postage was over $17- and if you wish to return, you have to pay postage costs, the Salvation Army's returns are FREE,for any reason happy to accept returns and Refunds you. Much better and fairer at Salvos

I love the Cumberland sausages and pork, but today I had the Beef with caramelised oinions. Every single sausage was riddled with gristle. Really annoyed with this one, what a put off! I spat most of it out.

Coursiv took my money from my paypal account by deception .
They sent me an email to say I should have clicked on the "skip" buttion twice and as I only clicked it once they had permission to take over $100.00 from my account.
Don't touch them.

I had Tammy help me with sorting out the best window dressing for my bedroom. She was so lovely, friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much to provide the confidence I needed in choosing. Thank you Tammy, you were wonderful!

been using product review for years but when I went to post another review it said I had no email address or sign in name despite both being displayed on the screen. I guess I was posing a negative review for one of their advertisers. You can't trust anyone these days

As everyone says, productreview.com.au has mostly fake, 1 review by that person, joined the same day, reviews - obviously paid for by the companies and allowed or encouraged by the website. It was trustworthy years ago. Sad to see

Reported a scammer who left malicious reviews using multiple email addresses and Product Review took no action. They told me I should respond to the reviewer but I had to pay Product Review by signing up for an account to leave a response.

I bought a product from fruugo and it was the wrong size. I wrote to them a few times and have not had any response from them
