Good product range and helpful staff

Great range of products in store. I was told about the promotions as soon as I entered the store. I got what I wanted and more! The member of staff who served me at the till was friendly and helpful. I would definitely use this store again

The customer service was exceptional…

The customer service was exceptional and outstanding, very helpful staff over the phone the previous day and especially in store. Hamim was patient and helpful with me and showed me everything I was looking for.
I would definitely recommend this store of cook and come back to it

Professional assistance to buy a replacement pot

The store had the item I required, to replace a worn out pot, was in stock, and at a reasonable price (especially with the sale). The member of staff (Fatema) was excellent. She showed me where the item was on display and confirmed that the handle design has altered slightly. She then got me a pot out of the stock room. She then pointed out to me that the non stick coating of the pot had been changed, so it was really only suited to 'medium' and not 'high' heat, although there was another version that was available that was suitable for 'high' heat. She showed me the pot on display and I decided to go for that one, so Fatema then returned to the stock room with the older style pot and got me the newer one, which I then purchased. Fatema elwas polite and professional throughout, and a credit to the store!

Check the price

I was initially happy with the customer service I received until I came to realise that there was a £5 cheaper product that I was not shown even though I had stated that cost was an important consideration for me.
