We only went in to look around but were bowled over at the quality of dinnerware and the prices on offer. Staff were very helpful and put us under no pressure to buy . Quality and choice was exact.

Product fit for purpose, great for hot chocolate etc. Good value
Aside: a bit annoyed to see a mixer I bought earlier in the month, substantially reduced in price

Customer service as it should be
I cannot praise the staff at the Livingston branch enough, I popped into replace a granite wok which was showing signs of pitting after much use. The assistant said “ but they have a 25 year guarantee. After providing pictures of the damage and receipt they replaced two of the set, a wok and frying pan without question. Five star service deserved.
