I am very enthusiastic about the staff at this store! Although I don't speak the language very well, they did their utmost to understand me. They also helped me look for what I was after. They didn't have exactly what I was looking for, but the staff actively helped me find the closest alternative.

An absolutely superb product, and at a great price. As a keen fisherman, i bought it to fillet a 6lb Bass that i caught. It did the job perfectly.

I went into the store to use a birthday gift voucher. The person I asked for advice explained everything very well and also calculated the Blue Light discount so I could work out how much else I needed to get in order to use the whole amount.
I left the store with exactly what I hoped for, a sauté pan which can go in the oven - very happy!

What a lovely and clean well spaced out shop. The products were all easy to see with enough room to walk around. When I got to the till this lovely assistant told me I could in fact get another item as it was 3 for £10 which was good.

Went to the Brighton store, staff were really kind, super attentive, and very helpful. Cheese grater was expensive, but it’s 100x better than the cheap one I’ve been using, so well worth the cost.

Served by a lovely young lady, who was friendly and welcoming and knew the details of the products on offer. Provided excellent advice enabling me to make an informed choice, electing to purchase the Elite 6litre, tri-ply, shallow casserole dish and lid.
