Proceed with extreme caution
Proceed with extreme caution. I recently bought a property from John Morris, who has recently set up his own auction company having previously worked for Future Property Auctions. Do your own research. The flat we bought has a cornucopia of problems. There were many issues that were purposefully hidden from view, the online virtual tour was deceptive. It turns out that the seller is an old mate of his from University, and the seller's solicitor was his own father. Not illegal, but very much "keeping it in the family". Prime Property Auctions do not show past auction results on their website, and have no track record of trustworthy sales to happy buyers. If you are a first-time buyer, or looking to invest your life savings a property, I would not recommend this company.

From looking into your case in more detail, I can see that the property you bought was tenanted. In these situations, we provide a video walkthrough so not to disrupt the people living there.
You were also provided with a home report carried out by Graham & Sibbald and a legal pack prior to the auction to carry out your due diligence.
