Prime Property Auctions Anmeldelser

Luis and the team are exceptional in the quality of work that they deliver. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a quick auction sale, especially for commercial properties!

A pleasant experience from start to finish, clear instructions were given relating to the purchasing process and always quick to answer questions that arose. I would not hesitate to recommend Prime for purchasing or selling.

Very Helpful staff nice Mangment

John and the team were fantastic to deal with. Would highly recommend.

I worked with John on a property deal, very easy to deal with and great communication. Would definitely recommend him and his business and will be using him again for any future deals.
5* Service!

I am super happy with their services, it was a long journey to find a proper agent to sell property with tenant in situ. I received so much wrong information from various agencies but selling with Prime Property Auctions was easy and first of all, I did not loose value. I had so many opions of various agencies claiming this is so difficult and so on, but in reality it took 3 months so I do not think its a long time, with a price that completely satisfied me. I am based abroad, there was no issue with that. My letting agent even warned me against Prime Property claiming I will be ripped off, which was not ture, maybe their fees were higher but it was 100% worth it. The letting agent was discouraging me from selling it for years, claiming I can sell it at X value which was 20%less then I got from my final sale. Very happy with Prime Property and I can recommend to anyone who is thinking of selling a property with a tenant in situ.

If this is not the best auction house in the world then there are definitely in the top one ☝🏻 🥰🫶👍🏻🙏🏻✌🏻

Honest approach without any rubbish - fast and efficient

The guys at Prime are incredible. I had found a property through my off market campaign. It didn't suit me or my buyers but I knew John and the team would have a great exit for the seller and could suit their need of achieving the price they wanted in the time frame they wanted. The deal was handed to John and the property was sold less than a week later. John has a great way of dealing with clients and his team are on hand to follow through with seeing out the close of the sale.

Really simple and straightforward. Lovely guys to work with.

I bought a property through prime property. Whole process was well explained and smooth from start till end. Would recommend and use them again.

I had a great experience selling my property with Prime Property Auctions and have no hesitation in recommending them to others looking to sell quickly and for a fair price. It was my first time selling at auction but I genuinely found it way more straightforward and less stressful than the more traditional method. Maybe key to this was that I didn’t have to deal with estate agents and their irritating sales patter! John was very honest with me from the start, and transparent about the seller fees involved in the auction process. He took his time to explain all the stages of selling at auction, and checked in that I understood them. I never felt rushed or pushed into making a decision when it came to reviewing pre-auction offers, and I was very happy with how my property was marketed (on all main online property sites). John managed to get a great price for my property which enabled my family and I to move pretty seamlessly into our new home. Highly recommended, thanks guys😀

They dont like negative reviews and then try to bully you into deleting them. If you dont, expect fake reviews in return. TM your review has been reported

Working with Luis was great, straight forward and professional. I referred a property to them and recieved a referral fee once the sale had gone through. Great service!
