Made boys section smaller to put lots of girls now I can’t find anything nice to wear!!

Today I was in the Bristol Primark and I was served by Claire there was a customer behind me that was very rude to the staff and they handled it really well and she was really friendly anyway

Pas grand chose à acheter mais on s'y attendait..par contre il serait possible d'augmenter leur CA en vendant des sandwichs dans la file d'attente qui mène aux caisses..

What a experience today never had a problem with primark what so ever shopped here years goes in today to a really rude staff member at the till so manipulating she asked if I had my receipt very rudley then I says yes looked into my bag I hadn't even had a chance to take to my returns items back and says we don't refund underwear pack of boxers which is fine I says OK I need to get rest out she then started telling me lower you're voice you're being loud which I was talking notmal to shouting at me saying all customers can see its tou I have never felt to intimidated in all my life I says am not people were looking at her to say wth she then refused to serve me cause I answered her back then called security to which I was still calm then served me in mean time dunno what power trip she was on but vile staff to employ this was newcastle primark today I have no issues with them in past but she was whoa on a another level wouldn't shop here again rather go to markets over the road

Ladies, be careful when you are buying the lace sets because the knickers will be too big. I bought a couple of lace sets for my lady friend, she is a 32B but when I got home, she noticed that even though the bra is the correct size, the knickers were not, they are a small but she is xtra small. I went back to see if I had made a mistake but no, all the lace sets are labelled by bra size, I checked all the size 32B sets and they all came with a size small knickers. She liked the sets thus I had to get a size down, checking to make sure the knickers were an XS (xtra small). OK the set's were £7 but had to buy two sets because you cannot buy the knickers separately. So ladies, if you are a size 32B bra but xtra small in knickers, you will have to buy two sets to get the right sized bra and the right sized knickers. Thought I'd let you know so you do not make the same mistake I did.

Negozio di settimo t.se, pessima esperienza alle casse in quanto è palesemente evidente che si incentiva l'utilizzo del bancomat alle casse automatiche, però mettere sei persone lì, che dovrebbero funzionare da sole ed una in quelle con pagamento in contanti con parecchia coda è assurdo ed i responsabili commentano con arroganza che bisogna procedere in tal modo.
Ah dimenticavo, dopo che noi ed altre persone lamentavano questo atteggiamento, è stata aperta una seconda cassa.

I hated working for this company. Rubbish pay, rubbish hours and a rubbish job! Stop with the temporary rubbish you are a billion dollar company who cannot afford to keep staff! Can’t wait for it to shut down. Poor clothing at extortionate prices! Will never be shopping here again as well as work there! Glad I resigned !

Avoid click and collect. Charge you for items missing from sealed bags. I had a £22 dressing gown missing. Customer service told in October it wasn't there. It's now April no refund or replacement. (How can you prove an item is missing if you didn't get it Primark??!!)
Recommend avoiding click or collect as they are thieves. If you have to check the packages before leaving the store which defeats the object of a quick pick up.

Very disappointing experience with Primark Click & Collect.

I was given two parcels but am missing three items I paid for, and even received an item I was told wouldn’t be included. Customer service claimed there was no issue, which is frustrating as this clearly isn’t resolved and they are implying that I am lying.

If you use this service, make sure you check everything before leaving the store.

The store manager, MANPREET (WEST BROMWISH), appears to lack spoken English and often presents herself unprofessionally, including wearing a VISIBLY UNCLEAN CARDIGAN. She requires further training on how to handle customer complaints and concerns. She has been observed raising her voice at customers in an attempt to move them away from the till, which leaves people feeling publicly embarrassed. When asked for her name to raise a complaint, she refuses to provide it, sometimes misusing “data protection” context despite her name being displayed on her uniform badge. This behaviour is unprofessional and MIDLEADING. Her conduct, including her dismissive attitude and reluctance to identify herself, risks damaging Primark’s reputation. Immediate action by demoting her and appropriate training are strongly recommended.

Served by a lovely lady at the till. Got receipt, then realised I’d forgotten something. I appreciate it was close to closing time (I happened to go upstairs, at 5:48), somebody told me you’ve only got a few mins love, I said I appreciate that and said I’ll only be a minute, and I only looked at men’s black shirts for literally a minute.

Another member of staff then hounded me with the security guard, reiterating that you need to make a purchase, this was only 5:53, she was really pushing me to leave the store, to the point that actually felt quite intimidated, she made me feel like she thought I’d stolen something. She literally followed me to the escalator and argued with me, when I explained that I felt hounded.

Really disappointing experience from a member of management I think. Lady’s name was Sarah, Hull store. (18/4/26)

Recensione – Negozio Roma Est

Esperienza negativa. Dopo aver pagato alla cassa veloce, ho messo gli articoli acquistati dentro un trolley acquistato in quel momento, per evitare di prendere un’altra busta. Due commesse mi hanno fermata dicendo che il “regolamento” lo vieta, ma non ci sono avvisi e mi avevano vista farlo poco prima senza dire nulla.
Trovo assurdo non poter sistemare la merce già pagata come preferisco. Basterebbe più chiarezza e coerenza nella gestione.

She is so kind,helpful I made a visit to this store today and I need help to find were the pyjmas were and she directed me to the correct place and even helped me find my size. Keep up the hard work Aisha!

Je suis allée chez primark ce jour (16/04/2036 à 15h30) après avoir sélectionné plusieurs achats, je me suis rendue en cabine d’essayage. L’employée en poste très désagréable, pas de bonjour idem en sortant. De ce fait, je n’ai fait aucun achat et suis allée dans une boutique traditionnelle et là j’ai réalisé mes achats. Dommage mais je ne compte pas retourner dans cette enseigne

I use a mobility scooter. I was with my grandkids and daughter in Oldham. Firstly when you're in a scooter you get disgusting looks, people stop in front of you. You feel ignored and kids stare at you. I hate being in it but I need it.
So went shopping and headed to tills. As we approached the front the most lovely cashier ushered us to the very end till. She explained it's wider for scooter/wheelchair use and what i didn't know is... you don't need to queue in the normal line you go to the disabled checkout.
This is fab but I've been in here plenty and joined the queue and promptly blocked the tills with my scooter. No body tells you there is a disabled till. This needs addressing. However the young girl helping was totally lovely. She helped put my bag on the counter, frequently asking if I was OK. Came to pay she took my card and swiped it then placed my bag on my scooter. She then asked if I needed help outside as my daughter had took the kids to the park outside.
This all might not seem much to a able bodied person...(I was one once) but to me it felt like I mattered when I'm generally ignored, scowled or glared at.
Primark please make it known these tills exist. To my lovely girl thankyou.

I called the Coventry branch to ask if they had an item of clothing available, I live in Birmingham so I didn’t want to do a 45 minute drive if it was not in stock, the woman on customer service said that she the item was available and she could hold the item at the clic and collect department until the next morning. When I arrived the next morning a woman on the shop floor rudely informed me that the item was no longer there because they only hold items for 1 hour and she was the person who had put the item of clothing away for me yesterday, stating that she had told her colleague who took the phone call to let me know that she would only hold items until the end of the day. I was then greeted by another nicer more mature woman who asked me what the item of clothing was and she then said that the item was still behind the till. This was not good customer service, the first woman was very rude and challenging without even checking whether the item was still available and she was quite happy to start an argument this was in front of my 7 year old daughter. Moral of the story primark need to vet who they employ, customer service is a key role in Retail!

Depuis longtemps j'achète mes chaussettes chez eux et depuis un moment les chaussettes passent 3, 4 fois au lavage et ça y est y a un trou . La qualité des chaussettes a présent et très médiocre, il vaut mieux les acheter plus cher ailleurs mais au moins ils tiennent.

Primark Leipzig:Die Lichtverhältnisse im Kassenbereich waren sehr schlecht. Die asiatische Kassiererin war fast nicht zu verstehen, sehr langsam im zusammenlegen der Sachen, wollte mir unbedingt eine Tragetasche verkaufen und hat nachdem ich eine Papiertüten verlangte, die erste zerrissen. Die Sachen wurden dann in einem Schneckentempo in die Tüte gepackt. Die Bezahlung lief schwierig, das Kartenterminal funktionierte nicht, so dass ich bar bezahlen musste. Leider hab ich das Wechselgeld nicht gleich nachgezählt. Sie hat mir auch noch 10€ zu wenig rausgegeben. Leider zu spät bemerkt.

Staff at the women’s fitting room Ms Elle was very rude to me and fellow customers after me. Very insulting tone “Where is the hanger?? Haaanger?? We are not allowed to accept you in fitting room without hanger..” To the customer after me “ Stay there” in a rude tone..

After being in the Basingstoke primark shop for 20 minutes I was off to pay when a very rude member of your staff I had to leave because I had my dog with me .. I was totally marred by the tone like I was a criminal
