We have loved Prezzo for the last 10 years+ ! Our local one closed about 4 years ago. So we went to our next nearest one which is Cheltenham for the first time in 2 years for my husband’s birthday and I was absolutely gutted ! Olives are my favourite, and they were disgusting ! Asked about them, they no longer use fresh ones. They tasted off to me. Wood-like. The garlic bread was half a thin base with garlic butter on it and very crispy and the side salad was practically all radicchio and smothered in balsamic vinegar. After I’d finished my main course of pesto gnocchi (I’m vegetarian) I noticed something at the bottom of the bowl. It was hard and triangular !!!! It looked like a burnt piece of fish skin. Yuck ! My husband doesn’t like me to complain and as I used Tesco vouchers to pay for the food, we just left. It seems lockdown and penny pinching has had a huge affect on my once favourite restaurant chain. Sadly, we will not be visiting Prezzo ever again ☹️

How hard is it to get a drink right but then to get you dietary requirements incorrect is a joke, maybe employ people that understand what you are saying 🤷‍♀️

Prezzo Blue Monday main for 99p was a great idea of the management. Windsor Prezzo was busy and the staff were brilliant. The mains were not compromised and we had a good lunch. We will return again.

Wonderful meal at The Peterborough Prezzo restaurant in fact every time I eat here I am pleased with my experience and choices
Staff were happy to customise my pizza choice still keeping the gorgonzola I love on it- the chicken breaded chicken burger is a good size with a lovely white sauce and the truffle fries are yummy! We have had the calzone several times and we like the filling very generous and the side salad that comes with it
They even now have bogof cocktails after 8 pm
Their honey smash cheese cake a classic is delish but not so keen on the chocolate fudge cake
Would highly recommend only thing I have to say is that we had a 50% off food so was very good value but I do feel that the full priced meals are overpriced

Went to New Brighton Prezzo so disappointed with the food. Paid 19.50 for chicken sage with roasted potatoes. In a wine juice
Got two small breasts chicken with sage stuck in it and a sad small jacket potato. I asked waitress were are the roasted potatoes. She said it comes like that, I said the menu says different , she walked away no explanation no how can we help. The young lad waiter was lovely, the waitress who served us not so.
Will not be going back that's for sure.

Reserved a table Cheltenham Prom, was ready and waiting for us on arrival (Saturday eve) staff welcoming and efficient. Huge Thankyou to Andre for resolving Our mistake which meant we were in a hurry to get to a show, nothing was too much trouble and he ensured our food arrived promptly and kindly arranged no break between courses, checking in with us that we were okay. Food was good.

HULL friendly enough staff, but no atmosphere. very expensive for the food we got, looked and taisted like spaghetti out of a tin! won't return.
toilets wasn't clean, and two different music, one from the kitchen was very loud.
unfortunately not a nice place to go.

Paid £17 just for lasagna no garnish and was not the best. When I said I thought it was bland I was then told it is not home made. Bulk delivered already made, very tasteless.

Visited Trowbridge Prezzo for works Christmas lunch. The only thing Christmassy in the restaurant was the Christmas tree! No Christmas music, no table decorations or crackers, no atmosphere! The only nod to Christmas was their “festive” menu. Worst “Christmas” works do ever, won’t be choosing there again!

Went today as we had a 50% off voucher given to us from prezzo. The food was nice but on trying to use the voucher, staff made us aware they were not accepting any vouchers over the Christmas period. The voucher had been issued to us with a 60 day expiry, expiring today. Why are prezzo issuing vouchers when they plan on not honouring the date?
We'd received an email previously saying to use 2 for 1 reward vouchers before the 5th, but ours was a 50% one so how could we know the email was relevant to us?
The only reason we went was because we had the voucher and it cost us twice as much as we expected! The staff were so apologetic but it wasn't their fault.
I wouldn't bother hoping your vouchers work over the Christmas period, as prezzo have probably cancelled them!

Prezzo Romsey, Hampshire. Gorgeous old building, great food, lovely staff but oh so cold in there! Sat by a radiator that was stone cold. Had to keep my coat on and although the food arrived hot soon got cold!

Went to NewBrighton Prezzo for what should’ve been a memorable night for my son’s 30th Birthday but this was marred by the managers treatment of one of our group after she’d slipped on the floor….she was treated disrespectfully and the managers disdainful looks in our direction after the incident spoiled the evening and made us feel uncomfortable. I for one will not be returning……the rest of the serving staff were great shame it was spoiled by the manager

I went to kings lynn restaurant and was told I couldn’t use my blue light card if I was part paying with Tesco vouchers. Blue light card isn’t a voucher so I don’t understand that

Can't fault the food but the service was shocking felt very rushed and uncomfortable the waiter came over very often and we was rushed out with the bill.

Restaurant very clean and staff attentive. We had a voucher for food so were keen to use it. They didn’t have the starter I wanted so had to find something else. Starters were fine. Mains I ordered a pizza it had barely any toppings and the tomato base was unpleasant. Worst pizza I have ever eaten ( well I didn’t eat it tbf) disappointing meal I’ve always loved Prezzo but it has definitely gone down hill sadly.

We arrived the restaurant was dirty the floor had old food on it and I had to clean my table with a wipe as it was tacky and dirty the waitress was polite but the menu we were allowed to use because we had a gift voucher was rubbish of course we could order from the normal menu but we wouldn’t be able to use our voucher !!!! What a cheat !! The starter was just a bit of pizza dough with mozzarella in it then a pizza for main cause it was that or spaghetti bolognaise again not a lot of choice !!! and ice cream for pudding myself and my daughter had a soft drink each and my daughter ordered a garlic bread to go with her spaghetti bolognaise these were not included so on top of the £50 gift voucher we had to pay another £20 !!! For 2 soft drinks and a garlic bread !!! In total it was a massive rip off ( 2 soft drinks 2 bits of pizza dough for starters a spaghetti bolognaise with garlic bread and a pizza 2 ice creams at lunch time) in a very unclean restaurant and we were charged £70 really would not recommend at all we went because we had a voucher but would not go back even if I had another gift voucher absolutely the worst lunch in the worst restaurant avoid at all cost and to top it off I had diarrhoea that evening !!! Abysmal !!.

I'd give it a zero if I can. Use the Ipswich branch via deliveroo and I called them prior to the delivery because I've had issue with them sending less food before. They assured us they'll send the correct amount and love and behold when the items arrived there was enough for a 2 year old baby.

I called their manager and he wouldn't help.

In summary don't use their Ipswich restaurant. They're useless and pathetic and should be closed down!

Great table service from Staff but quality of food ingredients is really poor.
I had a chicken pasta dish - the chicken was processed and there was hardly any chicken in there either. One main dish was returned as it was cold, came back 2 mins later, likely a microwave warmup.
We all said we wouldn't go back I afraid.

Ordered through deliveroo. Pizza was cold. £17 Pizza was child size. Would have sent it back but they wouldn't answer the phone. Total rip off!
