£8.70 for 2 diet cokes ! Daylight robbery. £15.50 for a simple margherita. No wonder we were the only ones in there. Plus a must give tip on the card machine at the end.

1 Star – Extremely Disappointing

Honestly, one of the worst pizza experiences I’ve had. The pizzas tasted like cheap supermarket frozen pizzas, with absolutely no quality or freshness. For what we paid, the food was nowhere near acceptable.

Four pizzas and two Coca-Colas cost us €100 (approximately £86), which is absolutely ridiculous for such poor quality. At that price, you expect fresh ingredients and good pizza, not something that tastes like it came straight out of the freezer at a discount supermarket.

Completely overpriced and very disappointing. Definitely not worth the money, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Save your money and eat somewhere else.

Disabled discrimination- I don’t have a stomach and can’t eat solid food ( very small amount ) yet they wouldn’t allow me to order a small kids pizza, even though I had a medical card to prove my disability. They would only me to order a full size adult meal. So my whole family sat there and I couldn’t have anything - should be ashamed of yourselves

Was sent a voucher for a free bottle of wine or prosecco. The restaurant on Northhumberland refused it since it appears no locations in London honour it. Was not impressed. Did not accept the automatic gratuity to pay for one of our wines( Bill was 69£ before service) and went for desserts and after diner drinks in another restaurant (another 50£ they didn’t get) for a very stupid reason. Will not be returning.

Good food and pleasant staff despite the restaurant being busy. We enjoyed our meal

***Don’t visit the Solihull branch. ***We have been to the Solihull branch twice now. The waiters are very friendly but there are MASSIVE staffing problems. On the first night we were told half the waiting staff had rung in sick. We wrote that off as a one-off. The food, when it came, was very good. Tonight we have been in there for over 3 hours waiting for our food. We have been told a chef rang in sick; because of that another chef was overloaded and walked out. Whether this is true or not, the problem is you are a captive audience and you will be charged for all your drinks during your wait. If you want to wait 3 hours to be fed and pay a fortune carry on. The table next to us sat for an hour without even getting a drink!!! Go anywhere else.

We had a great time in Prezzo Weymouth. Looked after by Jake. Always makes us laugh and looks after us well. Great food every time. Sometimes the service can be a little slow but we don't mind that. Great position by the water. Take a visit you won't be disappointed.

Visited Peterborough, pleasantly surprised, new member of staff Christine really looked after us, was lovely. Had a great experience because her, she created good atmosphere

Very slow service, had to ask multiple times for simple things like condiments and a dessert menu. Multiple tables beside ours were dirty when we got there and had still not been cleaned by the time we left. No bottle of tap water had been given to us, only one small glass each. And not all the cutlery was clean when given to us.

The service is not up to standard and the food was slow. We waited a long time for our food.

Family visit for a birthday occasion - Banstead Prezzo. Food was good however the service was shocking – took 30 mins to receive our drinks after 2-3 reminders! Starters came relatively quick but then mains were forgotten, waited and waited, didn’t want to seem rude but clearly they were not overly concerned on customer service. In addition it wasn’t even busy with approximate 40-50% capacity. After remaindering staff we waited quite some time to receive our mains. Overall a very disappointing experience. Once seated we were invisible.

Was gifted a buyagift voucher and obtained a booking number to be used, However although the buyagift voucher was used well within the date of the voucher the number provided from Prezzos was only valid for 30 days of the 1 year voucher!, An attempt to use within the voucher date but not within the small 30 day booking number simply means they take your money for nothing!.

It was a delicious dinner and Amelia (sorry if i spelt her name wrong!) was very helpful getting me and my friends food and drinks, and the toilet disco light was cool lol

Where has the old Prezzo gone?

Just had lunch at Prezzo in Milton Keynes and what a huge disappointment. It feels like Prezzo has been replaced by a poor imitation of what it once was.

The food was bland and tasteless, the service was poor and the whole experience felt completely soulless. We had to ask three times for service, while our waitress seemed to think she was doing us a huge favour by actually serving us.

The goat’s cheese salad arrived with no dressing. We asked for olive oil and balsamic, only to be given a clear, tasteless oil that certainly didn’t taste or look like olive oil, more like a cheap vegetable oil substitute.

Shame on you, Prezzo. This used to be somewhere we enjoyed visiting. Today was a huge disappointment and sadly, we won’t be rushing back.

Our party of 12 had a warm welcome at the Cambridge branch yesterday with attentive service and delicious food.Most food arrived in reasonable time considering the quality and variety of the ingredients but one of us had a somewhat late and burnt meal which could have been because we were a large party and food delivery drivers also had to be dealt with. Our waitress was very proactive in removing this meal from the bill.
More worrying was the water micromanagement.
Instead of a jug we each got a small glass of water and when we asked for more water we each got another glass, lest we catch sight of a jug and ask to hang onto it.
If this was an attempt to upsell the other drinks it failed spectacularly as other drinks are not a substitute for water and we all ended up with at least three glasses, having ordered other drinks as well.
Management really needs to reconsider this one.
Prezzo asked for a review for their website, but the tech wouldn't let me write one so I am posting here.

Customer Service is not something the female Manager in Lymington Branch is familiar with. Having produced a voucher received by email the day before & deliberately booking a table for 3 (some teens as a treat) we were told the voucher was not being recognised. A long wait pursued & then I realised it said only use on Thurs. I spoke to the Manager pointing out this error on my part & asking if she could kindly take another voucher into account seeing as we had spent approx £80 on 2 pasta dishes & a pizza! She bluntly declined saying 'that's for you to find! I asked for the wifi code in order to search & she declined to provide this too. I settled the bill in full but will NOT be returning to Lymington Branch & you can stop sending me all the voucher codes via email!

Unseasoned, lukewarm pasta dish with a couple of tablespoons of cream as a tasteless sauce, hot chocolate fudge cake sauce was cold and solid. Not a cheap meal and very disappointed

Visited the Windsor Prezzo Restaurant and can honestly say I will definitely will be going back.
The Manager Derek and his staff were truly amazing.
I am wheelchair bound and they couldn't do enough for me.
Sometimes Restaurants dont make wheelchair users welcome but Derek and his team went out of their way to make me welcome
