Still No Response — Stuck With an Unusable car
It has now been few months since I purchased a car from this company, and I still have not received the proper documentation required to register the vehicle in my country. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, they have completely stopped responding. I now have a car sitting idle that I legally can’t drive — and they clearly have no intention of resolving the issue.
This is unacceptable. I am posting this second 1-star review to warn others: do not trust them. Selling a car without the required documents is not just unprofessional — it’s deceptive. Until they take responsibility and provide a resolution, I will continue to post reviews and share my experience wherever I can.

SCAMMERS! NEVER GET INVOLVED!
SCAMMERS!! BE CAREFUL THEY SOLD ME A FAULTY CAR! AFTER BUYING BMW X1 I HAVE BEEN MESSAGING HIM FOR 6 MONTHS HE DID NOT CARE! I AM DISGUSTED. EVERYONE BE CAREFUL! DO NOT BUY FROM HIM HE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE HE JUST WANTS TO BUMP PEOPLE AND CARRY ON. I WILL SUE HIM. HE ALSO SEND ME A WHATSAPP MESSAGE AND TOLD ME THAT COME AND SAY THAT TO MY FACE YOU YELLOW BELLY. I TRIED TO FIX THE CAR AND INVOICE WAS AROUND 800 I AM NOT SURE AND I ASKED HIM TO PAY EVEN HALF OF IT HE REFUSED IT ALL HE SAID AFTER 5 MONTHS WAS BRING IT HERE I WILL TAKE IT TO THE GARAGE BUT IT IS AROUND 200 MILES I TOLD HIM TO COME AND TAKE THE CAR BUT HE DID NOT NOR HE WANTED TO PAY FOR PETROL.

AVOID AT ALL COST
AVOID AT ALL COST. A week after purchasing a Mazda 2 from prestige left hand drive, we took the car for an MOT of which it failed with the worst corrosion the MOT service had ever seen. The car was deemed not road worthy. We immediately contacted the dealership to alert them of the problem and was told I would get my full refund within a matter of days. I did not get my refund until over a month since alerting them of the issue. They kept making up excuses as to why they didn’t have the money, they would ignore me and it got to the point where I had to threaten them with court. However, this did not work straight away as it took them a further 2 weeks to pay me after I threatened going to court. I was without a car for over a month, using public transport to get to work, which the dealership knew about. When I finally got my money back, I cried and was so relieved that the battle was finally over. Please please please avoid.
