I got scammed too, I paid full nothing ever showed up.

As all the other comments stated correctly it’s FRAUD stay clear or you will lose your money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Order paid in full, repeatedly postponed and never delivered

We ordered an Indoor Monkey Bar Wooden Climbing Gym from Wood Play Kids on 24 June 2026 and paid AED 2,850 in full online.

The company’s own invoice stated that delivery and installation would take 14–16 working days.

That deadline passed without delivery. What followed was a long series of WhatsApp conversations in which we were repeatedly given new delivery dates.

For example, delivery and installation were specifically confirmed for 1 August at 4:00 pm. On the delivery date, the company informed us that delivery would not take place.

Further dates followed. On 3 August, the company confirmed through WhatsApp that our product was still unfinished and required sanding, primer and final painting. Another specific delivery was then confirmed for 8 August at 11:00 am. This was subsequently postponed again.

In total, we experienced approximately five postponements after the original contractual delivery period had already expired.

At that point we had lost confidence that the order would be performed as agreed. We therefore cancelled the order in writing and expressly requested a full refund.

The goods have never been delivered or installed. At the time of writing, the AED 2,850 refund has not been processed.

We have retained the invoice and complete WhatsApp correspondence documenting the delivery commitments and postponements and have now submitted a consumer complaint in Dubai and initiated a credit card transaction dispute.

This review describes our own documented experience with the company. I will update it if and when the company refunds the amount paid.

The most awful company - Do NOT trust. They're con men. They took our money, never answer calls / texts / I am taking it to court to get a refund. But they are not a real company. DO NOT ORDER - they will jsut lie lie lie to you and never deliver .

This company is an absolute fraud. I paid them money, and two months have already passed, but I still have not received my furniture.
Every time I contact them on WhatsApp, they simply tell me that the delivery has been postponed for another week, then another week, and then another. The managers provide no clear explanation for the delay and no real solution.
It is shocking how these people exploit parents’ desire to give the best to their children. They display beautiful pictures of children’s furniture on their website, even though it clearly seems they do not actually have these items in stock, and then wait for parents to be tempted by attractive, functional furniture for their kids and hand over their money.
This is not just unprofessional — it is deeply immoral. I strongly advise other customers to stay away.

We were scammed. Paid for a bed that never arrived. Costumer service doesnt exist. We are now filling case against them to authorities.

those people are scammers they took my money and asked me to pay 70% in advance and they will deliver the item after 14 working days it is 18 days now and they keep telling me after 1 week stay away from them
