Order an alloy wheel on 7/3/24, confirmed by Ryan it would arrive on 11/3/24, called the company at 14.15pm on the monday to find out whats happening with delivery only to be told they cant send the part its faulty. No one notify me and Ryan said someone called me on 8/3/24, had no missed calls on my phone. The customer service is not great and I wouldnt recommend them.

I placed an order for a gearbox in 12th Jan 24.i have not received it 2 months later . I received more excuse every time I spoken to Mike .was ready to get shipped never got it. Then it was be with me in a week NEVER received it.Then suddenly was in the work shop.give it a week NEVER GOT IT after that it was SUDDENLY IN THE WORKSHOP , WEEK PASSED never got the gearbox.got an email stating filings were found in the gearbox.asked for 1st refund got excuses if I took the refund they could not look for another so I gave them the benefit and time to find another and STILL NOTHING.Asked for another refund and haven't been told yes I've been ignored.i feel like I've been lied to with excuse upon excuses ANY ONE USING THIS COMPANY TREAD VERY CAREFULLY......see if I get my refund or more excuses and lies.. will keep people informed of outcome 2.05 8TH MARCH no refund THEY are saying ive not asked. i have asked 3 times now BUT MIKE just ignores email message and phone calls..they are claiming i never asked calling me a lier anyone ordering of these PLEAS PLEASE BE VERY AWARE .after ringing my credit card company to start a claim for goods Not received i was left a message stating that the refund has been DONE on friday the 8th march. was it a coincidence after speaking to the credit credit card company,the refund was suddenly done day before. yet no one bothered to keep me informed . SO AT THE MOMENT LET US WAIT AND SEE IF THIS DOES COME TO ME AFTER UPTO 5 DAYS of waiting or just another well all I can say is a leading me up the path again.plus i not see why mike is asking me to REMOVE my genuine and totally honest review...since i SAID I WASNT REMOVING THE REVIEW all phone calls have stopped.please read the reviews before ordering anything gordon longstaff

Hi to you all mercedes owners, I had a big problem with my mercedes coupe W204 diesel, went to about 5 garages, recommended by AA, all failed to know what was my cars problem, lost power, no power at all, and same garages were saying its turbo, then called Prestige all parts, spoke to Mr Mike and put 100 pounds as a deposit, when I went to collect the turbo, I changed my mind and told them about my story of difference experience garages, and asked them whether can they help and check and repair my car, they agreed and without wasting time Mr Mike called Mr Max ,who is incharge in work shop department, when Mr Max come ,I explained everything to him and my experience with other garages, he felt sorry for me,and took the car straight to the work shop, soon after that he was always letting me know what's going on, they look turbo down for check and other parts to physical check all parts of the, they said turbo and other are ok, and advised me to leave the car with them for further investigation, I am here by informing all that soon after their investigation, they called me that they have found the problem, that the injectors, within few hours they called to say your car is ready, I couldn't believe them,because 5+ garages failed to know what the fault was, their customer service is out of this world, they are first class mercedes professional mechanics ,I have no words how to thank them, god bless them 🙏, and keep on helping others like me who was venerable to dodgy garages out there, I paid a reasonable amount, they put more hours on my car than the money I paid, please don't waste time going to other garages, just take your car to Prestige all parts, as long as is Mercedes, they will fix your to a higher standard, from now on all my cars will be repaired at Prestige all parts, Mr Max , Mr Mike and your team, I salute you all, unbelievable very professional mechanics, thank you so much for fixing my car and looking after me .

Struggled to find the right air strut and air bag fir my cls front suspension, these guys had the perfect part reasonable price for oem merc part, fitted perfect sorted my issues, will use again.

Was trying to source a new door card for a CLK Mercedes without much success. Found this company and sent some pics over to Darryl who very quickly sent me back photos of the part I was after. Very reasonable prices, efficient service and after a bit of a hick up (out of his control) prompt delivery. I will definitely be using this company again. 👍

Spoken to them on the phone for a part they said £150 plus vat. Driven 20 miles to get here and they say it’s 220£. They denied giving me the first quote. Very disappointed. Don’t bother with them !!

When you read reviews here you will find they are mixed. My experience is that when it’s a simple purchase they work well. When there are problems they are difficult. I was supplied a faulty part. Mike then insisted that I accept a replacement telling me that this was part of their T and Cs. Firstly it’s not part of their t and cs. Secondly even if it was that is against consumer law. Thirdly the t and cs are about 8 years out of date and quote old legislation. They also tried to charge me 25% for return of a faulty part which is again against consumer law.. I waited 4 weeks for a refundand eventually raised a charge back through my bank. I would not use this company again under any circumstances. The guys are friendly but unfortunatelythat does not make them professional or reliable.

First time I have ever used Prestige Allparts, and it was a pleasure to receive my alloy wheel in a prompt manner. Thank you to Ryan also that arranged everything for me.

The Part, a Mercedes Benz electric retractable towbar, was hard to find, but Prestige Allparts, Mercedes Benz Specialists in Oldham, had 2 in stock in their massive complex! I spoke with Max, who supplied detailed pictures on request in confirmation, including Mercedes Part No's attached to the Part. This breeds confidence, so I drove 82 miles to Oldham to collect. On examination, a minor part was missing, but no cause for alarm as Max immediately stood by me and ordered the extra part direct from Mercedes Benz in support, at full cost to Prestige Allparts. I received a call from Max 3 days later to confirm the missing part had arrived and would be dispatched to me without delay. I now look forward to fitting the parts next week. This was top service from Prestige Allparts, working together with the Mercedes Main Dealership, and the Customer, without compromise, to achieve a satisfying result delivered with a smile; I commend them to anyone seeking knowledgeable support and service and for the professional way in which this was delivered. Thank you Max for going the extra mile!

Bought a PSE pump on Wednesday and it was delivered in Friday and in the car an hour later, it worked perfectly. Max was great in clarifying the correct part number for my car.
