Problem with a can of paint that I purchased it appeared to run out of propellant. Phoned and the lady was very helpful and apologetic, no fuss, replacement arrived within a couple of days. Thank you

Do not buy from this company. Their customer service is non-existent. I sent them multiple messages via their website and have gotten no replies. The paint they sent was too dark and it looks like my car has bruises on it with their paint. The wet and dry sanding "kit" only came with half the products listed. Avoid this company at all costs unless you enjoy being scammed.

Terrible product, terrible instructions, terrible customer service.

Do not go near, unless you want to ruin the paint on your car and spend lots of money at auto body shops to rectify the mess it causes.

I had to repair gouge in plastic bumper. Hopefully readers might learn from my mistakes.

Not wanting to spray primer any further than neccessary I masked off a small area. That leaves an edge so you have to rub that down.

Tested out the metallic white spray on a test piece of primed plastic. It came out much too dark! Screwed around for hours, but eventually sprayed onto a small masked off area of the primed bumper - great match for car but too light for bumper which is a bit darker! Rubbed down the paint edge and then sprayed a much larger area feathering off the edge. Finally, great result, and a lot cheaper than the £700 quote from the body shop.

i ordered pen to try little scratches last week, my little one tip pens are working better, i think the paint inside is dry

I clipped the corner of a garage with my metallic grey ford fiesta a year ago. It’s lots of large scratches above the wheel - all the scratches and scuffs showed up white against the dark grey of the car. Due to the age of the car I don’t want to pay to get it professionally fixed.

I got on of the all in one paint pens (no primer) and the colour match was good. The nib of the pen was easy to use however was a bit temperamental but it got the job done. I saw a review after of someone cutting the pen open and using the paint with a brush which would have been quicker and easier I imagine.

The paint really only hid the stark contrast it’s not a miracle cure but it 100% made it look so much better than it was originally - especially as I don’t want to pay for a proper fix or mess around with sanding and spraying it my self. A great compromise (and completely idiot proof)!

Terrible service I received paint week later I went to apply and did test piece was immediately obvious not right colour I checked can was totally different colour and was also for vehicles from 2013 onwards my car is 1998. I phoned no answer now sent 2 emails no reply. Absolute joke don't waste your money terrible customer service

Fantastic service, quick delivery, clear instructions, reasonably priced.

This company went the extra mile with a mix up in my order,but they sorted it as soon as I made them aware.
The products they sell are fantastic the match to my paint was exact and the paint was very good quality so if you are looking for touch up paints or any other supplies along this line give them a try you won’t be disappointed.

Unable to give zero stars!
The worst product ever don't waste your money or time on the paint pens.
They simply don't allow flow of paint to the nib of the pen. Its a piece of garbage that is now going in the bin.
I've contacted customer service but doubt they will bother replying as they have had the money already.
All in one paint pen!! Stay away from it. Pathetic POS

Ordered touch up paint received wrong colour emailed them telling me it's was going to be replaced, 2 weeks later still no replacement emailed me back asking order number which I done now ignoring emails I wouldn't recommend this company terrible customer service don't even think get a refund if I ask going yo have use another company wish checked reviews before ordering

Color isn’t even close to matching. Ordered Rally Red and received orange. No response from customer service to correct the issue.

I’ve used this company a few times and they’re spot on! I had a lucid red tri-coat to repair, they sent the base & mid coat, it was a perfect match! Thanks very much.

What a scam these lot are, basically sent me clear water instead of the Fantastic paint I was expecting, my car deserve better.

My Pick-Up truck colour is quite unique but this was the perfect colour match, was very impressed. Definitely will use this outfit again. * * * * * ☘️

Leaving this second review to show that this company is one that i will return to, if i need paint again .although there was a mix up somehow with my initial order and the wrong colour paint was sent this was quickly and professionally rectified. Having received the correct colour i used it yesterday to find the paint is a perfect match,easy to apply and the step by step instructions on how to get best results were easy to follow. Thankyou tupf for being so professional in all aspects of your business.

Fast service, the colour matching was spot-on and the instructions were clear.
The paint pen is great for shallow scratches and surface damage. If you have deeper scratches or chips you will need to fill them first.
