Mattress quality query.
Selecting, ordering and paying for the item was straightforward enough. The delivery and collection of the unwanted mattress was as promised. Although the new mattress is comfortable I was surprised the mattress revealed 2 dips (our sleeping positions) which stayed as a permanent feature after just 3 nights of use. Is this a normal thing or is this a fault?

Lovely clean room, very welcoming staff. Enjoyed our stay.
Only issue there was only 2 normal tea bags & 2 coffee sachets in the room so needed to find a member of staff to request more.

This is my second time buying these pillows and I love them. They stay in fab shape and dont go flat. They are so comfortable to sleep on. They also come with 2 pillow cases that have zips to keep them fresher for longer and you just remove the pillow cases and wash them.

Surprisingly good
The mattress is firm , so may not be for everyone… that said, after a couple of nights my back pain was so much better.

Still may not be as perfect as it is when in the hotel
I love when I sleep at Premier Inn as the pillows feel perfect. I finally got a set of two and I thought I should choose the firm ones. However, they seem to be a bit chunkier than I expected and then I now feel upper back pains. Not sure if the soft ones are better, but now I fear spending again and not being worth it. At purchase point, I tried and look if I could buy a set of two (1 firm and 1 soft) so I could try both, but there wasn`t. I hope there was a solution for this. The pillow is of good quality, but in terms of sleeping well and finding the right pillow for my back pain, I give up...

Friendly staff, comfy bed (so much so I have recently replaced my home mattress with a Premier Inn mattress and pillows!), great accessible room and shower, tasty breakfast. What's not to love? Oh! The accessible bathroom needs a shower chair in front of the basin/mirror so I can shave with ease.
