Found the ordering process simple, including option for taking away the old mattress. Free bedding package was an unexpected bonus.
Minor niggle with delivery, both bedding package and mattress. The former didn’t turn up when expected (ie within the one hour time slot given): wouldn’t normally be a problem but I was going away that day and had a train to catch. I thought I had managed to delay delivery for a few days so it was a bit of a surprise when I got a subsequent message telling me that it had been delivered to me a couple of hours later than scheduled. Impossible as I was then on an underground train! I’d asked for it to be left in the porch but on arrival home a few days later found it in the back garden. No idea whether it had been delivered to a neighbour who had then relocated it : the delivery advice specifically stated it had been delivered to me!
On the latter, received notification of four hour time slot after 22:30 the night before. I’d managed to wrestle the old mattress downstairs ready for collection (I live alone) and was surprised when the delivery driver asked whether he should leave the new mattress there and then seemed disgruntled when I made it clear that I needed it taken upstairs to the bedroom. He complied but not with a particularly good grace.
So far, I’m satisfied with the new mattress which is very comfortable and found the mattress protector to be of very good quality.

Went away for 1 nights for work. Unfortunately I didn’t get the sleep I was hoping. creaky floor boards upstairs and an other guest that didn’t stop walking about until the early hours of the morning made my night miserable.

Easy to order and reasonably priced. The delivery was uncomplicated and on time.
Really comfortable too.

The bed was what was expected. Comfortable providing a restful sleep. The pillows were a welcome addition.

Good buying experience. Bed is firmer than was expecting and not the same as the beds in the hotel. Maybe it will soften up with time. Well made and lovely colour divan.

We went to orbital for breakfast last Sunday they run out of some food the coffee was cold very disappointing

Excellent pillows, previously purchased before, so these were a replacement.

Great mattress, duvet and pillows, duvet, just like in the hotels, comfortable and good for a great night's sleep. I did have a slight issue in my delivery as their original mattress was damaged, but rather than deliver in such a state it was cancelled and rebooked for another day, that day was convenient but a quick phone call to their customer services got that changed without any fuss. Product arrived and the delivery team took it upstairs (2nd floor) to where I wanted and took my old one away without any fuss. Great product, great delivery and excellent customer service.

Comfortable, soft bedding. 4 tog is perfect

Ordered our mattress on the Saturday and was delivered on the Tuesday because ordering on the weekend is the same as a Monday so technically it was still next day delivery. The 2 gents brought the mattress to the upstairs bedroom and took the other mattress away.
After 3 weeks of use my back is now happy that we have this new bed.
I have given 5 stars as a review despite having a slight negative which was not knowing if we were to take our old mattress off in readiness for the new one (which we had done) as that would of saved us a job had we known.
Overall great service and great mattress.

Great service, quick delivery and great product

I purchased a Premier Inn Mattress 2.0 which was delivered on 29th June 2026 after an initial incorrect delivery. Unfortunately, the mattress has serious structural support issues; despite being advertised as "Medium/Firm" with "Zoned Pockets", it sags excessively in the center, causing severe back pain.

I submitted a formal complaint under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 requesting a resolution/refund. It has been over 5 working days and despite a follow-up email, I have received zero response from customer service.

Ignoring customer complaints about product faults is unacceptable for a brand of this scale. I expect customer support to contact me immediately to arrange the return and full refund for my order.

On time delivery with helpful staff. Mattress seems very comfortable although a little on the soft side.

Following our stay at the Premiere Inn, County Hall, London we discovered their pillows were especially comfortable. I had been suffering with neck ache for week / months to be honest.
We were informed we could buy these pillows online at Premier at Home, which is what we did.
I can honestly say, my aches and pains have well and truly vanished and I awake every morning pain free.
