I bought the eye serum and eye cream during Xmas sale. The very small amount has already nourished well and smoothened the under-eye fragile skin. I noticed less dry and wrinkles around the eye area but the dark circles is not yet lightened.

Ho aderito a una promozione nel negozio di Corso Vercelli e a seguito del mio acquisto ho avuto in omaggio una consulenza con trattamento viso. Devo dire che i prodotti sono ottimi e le estetiste bravissime ma è il modo di fare delle” venditrici” che sorprende perché fanno proposte con cifre da capogiro che poi dimezzano, e abbassano nel giro di pochi minuti fino ad arrivare a proporre un pacchetto 12 sedute a 2.400€ ma tipo “ prendere/lasciare; non ti offrono la possibilità di riflettere e fare due conti sul tipo di spesa che andresti a fare impegnandoti con un contrattino scritto. Se non accetti la gentilezza di prima , svanisce in un attimo…..

I've just been reminded of this company due to a YouTube video. Back in the early 2010's in Leicester's (UK) shopping centre there was a Premier stall where a man forced me to sit in the chair while he applied a bunch of products on my hands. I said I wasn't interested but he didn't care or pay any attention to me saying no.

He started to give me the hard sell. The price started high and he kept reducing it everytime I said no. I was incredibly uncomfortable and felt pressed into buying a kit that had a file, cuticle cream and a hand cream with money I didn't have to spend. But he wouldn't let me go until I bought it. I actually still have them in an old box somewhere. I barely used them as it was just a horrible experience I didn't want to even use the products. It was so intimidating and gross. I was obviously unhappy and not enjoying myself and wanted to get out of there but he didn't care, he just wanted my money. Worse sales tactic I've ever seen. Horrific company! AVOID!

AVOID AT ALL COST. This company will scam you of your money and try to take more even tho they did not deliver products you ordered.

Wij zijn opgelicht!
In Playa de las Americas Tenerife zijn wij een winkel binnengelokt om anti aging crème te proberen. Allevier hadden we binnen no time een antirimpelcreme op ons gezicht, die verbluffend werkte! De man smeerde bij ieder van ons op een deel van ons gezicht een klein beetje Premier biox ultra intensive age defying eye cream. Dit was wat we wilden! We hebben allevier een potje gekocht voor €60,- per persoon. Aangekomen in ons hotel smeerden we 's avonds de crème op en er gebeurde helemaal niets!!! De crème uit het potje (overigens zonder doosje) had ook een andere substantie dan in de winkel. We zijn toen de volgende dag terug gegaan met de potjes, maar kregen geen andere potjes of geld terug. We zijn dus duidelijk bedonderd! Wat kunnen we hieraan doen?

Domenica 5 dicembre 2021 ho acquistato alla fiera dell’artigianato presso lo stand Premier Dead sea il Trattamento schiarente contorno occhi con quarzo QUARTZ GEM insieme ad un altro prodotto. Arrivata a casa dopo avere aperto la confezione mi sono accorta che era difettosa e il prodotto era inutilizzabile perché non fuoriusciva: la crema è all’interno di una confezione a forma di “siringa”. Prima di tornare allo stand per chiederne la sostituzione volevo assicurarmi di non aver omesso qualche passaggio durante l’apertura, così ho cercato di contattare il servizio clienti: prima ho provato con la chat e si è aperta una chat su Whatsapp, ho scritto il messaggio e l’ho inviato speranzosa, ma ad oggi non solo non ho avuto nessuna risposta ma il messaggio non è neanche mai arrivato al destinatario (c’è una sola spunta), quindi provo con Messenger, appena inviato il mio messaggio ricevo il messaggio automatico di conferma di ricezione e poi più nulla, quindi chiamo il negozio a Milano in zona Brera e finalmente parlo con una ragazza che mi conferma che il problema è della confezione e mi dice che devo tornare in fiera (o in negozio) per chiederne la sostituzione. Oggi 7 dicembre mi reco nuovamente allo stand e faccio presente che è necessario sostituire il prodotto, il ragazzo controlla e dopo avere appurato che effettivamente la confezione è malfunzionante invece di darmi una confezione nuova cerca di rifilarmi una confezione in esposizione già aperta e già utilizzata per le dimostrazioni!! Ovviamente mi arrabbio e ne pretendo una nuova! in conclusione trattandosi di prodotti della categoria di lusso con prezzi altissimi ritengo sia inaccettabile che un prodotto da 300 euro circa, una volta aperto sia impossibile da utilizzare a causa di un problema di packaging ma è ancora più inaccettabile che non ci sia un servizio clienti funzionante e che possa accadere che al momento della sostituzione si cerchi di rifilare un prodotto già utilizzato!!

Dead Sea cosmetic is very high quality as they say because of the minerals from the water... I dont know if its true, but the minerals foot cream is really essential to my skin and every time i have dry skin i use it, it helps immediately

the product with dead sea minerals are essential to my skin as i have a very dry skin and i suffer from it especially in winter, but the body butter always helps me ))
