We lost our beloved Papa in February this year, I was given a few of his tools, which he was meticulous about, on the first use of the SDS drill, it popped, smoked and blew the electrics!
I had some advice, that it needed a new switch…I then rang Power tool spares, and spoke with Alex…he asked the model number, what had happened, and told me EXACTLY what I needed!
He was SO helpful, and by no means “upselling” to make money on something you don’t need. It was ordered Tuesday, received Thursday, & suffice to say, I got it working with the advice from these guys!

Good service. Easy to find correct part and order it. Part arrived well packaged and on time.

35 year old Elu router now back to original working condition. Postage costs UK to New Zealand always a "suck it up" experience. That said, both orders I made arrived well packaged in good order.

Wrong part, delivery took forever. Then replacement part, again wrong part. Now they basically stopped replying. No money back. Wasted two months of my life.

A very difficult mower part to source but PowerToolSpares came up with the goods at a reasonable price and delivery was fast and seamless. Mant thanks.

I ordered what I thought was the right part on a Friday evening. On opening the van first thing Monday morning I had wrote down the drill model number wrong and hence ordered the wrong part. I telephoned on the Monday morning, spoke to someone who located my order promptly, found the correct part I required and changed the order at no extra cost and informed me part would be with me in a couple of days which it was. Will always be using these guys from now on. Very happy with service

Item was exactly as described, brand new (and now difficult to find). Delivery was within timescale given by vendor. Price was competitive but postage was quite high for a small item - no fault of vendor but Royal Mail are not cheap for anything these days. Would recommend vendor.

The part I ordered arrived within a week and was the correct one. Will use again.

Honestly thought I’d have to throw my reciprocating saw away but then found PowerToolSpares. They had the items I needed to repair the saw, which were easy to find and delivered quickly.
Would definitely use them again in the future.

Replacement chuck for older Makita drill was just right. Drill now like new from 20 yrs ago. Problem was not fitting new chuck, but getting old one off. All advice on u-tube was a waste of time. I finally had to take an angle grinder to old chuck to carefully cut it off. I don’t have great skills with metal, but in this case I would recommend you do not give up as I nearly did after hours of trying & give it a go.
