I had an issue with the on/off button on my fx1 trolley it was only eight months old but I hadn't registered it, I spoke to Sam on technical and he couldn't of been more helpful sorted the issue straight away, I had proof of purchase which was all that was requested, absolutely top after care service from powerkaddy and Sam.

Purchased a compact CT8 around 3 1/2 years ago for nearly £900.
First the electronic controller failed, also the wheels didn’t fit properly, both had to be replaced.
Secondly, the drive shaft too the wheels failed and had to be replaced.
And thirdly, the same drive shaft failed again and because it’s now 6 months out of warranty PowaKaddy don’t want to know or help.
I was advised that the failed parts do not extend the warranty. Absolutely shocking quality and I would say there is an inherent problem with the quality of the parts they are using.
Had my first PowaKaddy for 15 years without any problems whatsoever.

Further to your response, I have tried your support office who stated that as the warranty had expired (6 months ago) there was nothing they could do. I suppose apart from the fact I would be paying for a repair.

Recently I started having problems with my battery lasting 17 and a half holes. Yes it sounded corny, but it's true. I read recent information about the warranty on batteries tailing down up to the 5 year cover period. When I checked the purchase date on my trolley it was about 6 weeks inside 5 years so contacted PowaKaddy more in hope than expectation.
They told me it would take 5 working days once they'd got it to let me know what would happen.
What happened next completely wow'd me.
They arranged pick up of my battery, inspected it and a box appeared from them on my doorstep on the 3rd working day.
Inside a brand new battery! It arrived faster than the confirmation email telling me that I was due a delivery. A big thanks to Sam for arranging everything for me, including different addresses for pick up and drop off, due to me travelling.
p.s. I hired a trolley from the pro shop of a local club on pick up day, it was from one of their competitors, it wasn't a patch on my PowaKaddy.

How refreshing to actually have a phone call answered immediately , dealing with support at Powakaddy was a pleasure gave them details of problem my son was having with his battery asked us to send photo via email of battery showing serial number and terminals , they have now arranged DPD to pick it when convenient for us,
Staff really helpful pleasant and knowledgeable ,

Excellent customer service. Due to an error on my behalf, I contacted Powakaddy for a replacement zip part, offering to pay and they sent me a few replacements, free of charge. Superb and very speedy service thank you.

I emailed Powakaddy enquiring if they had a hood available to replace my existing hood for my Powakaddy golf bag. They responded within 36 hours and gave me a couple of choices of the hoods available. I will be receiving the new hood early next week.
It is refreshing to deal with a Company who treat after sales in such a friendly and efficient manner.

My axle snapped on my ct6, it snapped where a hole had been drilled to attach a pin into the axle, obviously it must have been faulty steel bars don’t just snap, I sent a picture to powerkaddy and they didn’t want to know, just gave me a list of stockists who can repair it at my cost, very poor customer support and services , yes my trolly might be out of warranty just!,
But obviously the part was faulty to start with, 12mm steel does not just snap in half now does it, you should hang your heads in shame for not taking ownership of the fault !!!!!

I bought my 1st powerkaddy trolley. Overall the product is good however 2 issues appeared. 1st issue the controller for the trip etc was not stuck on correctly and literally fell off. The customer service team were very helpful and provided replacement. I went to use my trolley today and when setting up the trolley and turning on, when I clipped into place the screen cracked. I spoke to customer service who said I must have broke it but do not agree. The handle and electrics and the screen seemed to be problematic from the 1st use and im slightly disappointed that I product this expensive should break upon set up. I have a colleague who works for a golf company and has the same trolley. He stated day 1 that the trolley had issues but unfortunately powerkaddy seem uninterested to help. Shame because over all the experience was good but this has put a damper on it. A trolley less than 4 weeks old and now I'm having to pay £100 for new handle that cracked screen upon setting up for 7th time.

I messaged PowaKaddy as I had misplaced a small part to my FX1. Following a few Emails with Jack, he identified the part and posted a replacement to me as a goodwill gesture.

I had a problem with what I thought was a crack on the screen on my electric trolley. I emailed powakaddy and got a very prompt reply from James telling me it was the screensaver that was damaged with a video showing me how to remove it. Got a replacement in the post in a few days. Customer service at it's best 👌

Credit where due Daniel was very helpful and processed the inspection and refund same day rather than waiting for the standard 5 day inspection. Customer service excellent, just a shame the product had the fault , otherwise would have scored 5
