Ask more questions to ensure that products are compatible with each other and meet your requirements. Aftersales not so good, so make sure it is right when ordering
My posturite assessment went well and I was advised of the recommendations to make my workstation more comfortable>
I was provided with a basic rise and fall desk which does make a big difference. However I was given a foot rise that is not compatible with a desk that has a central plinth rather than 4 legs at each corner.
I would recommend that the assessors look at how the different products work with each other in the future before ordering.
I as also provided with a contour rollermouse pro mouse. The only way I can describe this is like a large wrist support that takes your hands further away from the keyboard. Would possibly work for a person with very large hands and long fingers. To add to this the mouse did not work and was not compatible for my arthritic fingers and was not an insignificant cost to my organisation.
I have contacted posturite about both the mouse and the footrest, but have not had a response upon how to return and receive adequate replacement.
So in summary I would say that the presale service is reasonable, but could be improved by ensuring that products are compatible with each other and meet the needs of the customer. The order went through quickly. Delivery was excellent in that the goods were delivered and assembled within a week of order, at a given time and we were kept informed all the way. The aftersales is not so good in that they have not responded to my issues around the mouse and footstool in any way the same timespan that they did when undertaking the assessment, ordering and delivering the goods.
The footstool is good but not approporate for a single plinth desk and the mouse is broken and totally inappropriate if it did work

Very good ordering experience with Posturite, but delivery delayed by some dispatch problem. Goods shipped from Coventry by Parcelforce express 24 on Thursday 11th and travelled via Preston, Chorley and Leeds before being eventually delivered on Monday 15th.
