Overall great service but it was slow.
The communication was clear and the Posture team were easy to contact and always very helpful. The assessment and engineer were very professional and polite, arrived on time and kept good communication throughout. The only downside is that from assessment to equipment delivery it took a long time and there was a period where it was unclear who was responsible for the next step.
I would still happily use this service again.

Delivery was delayed multiple times for various reasons. When it was done yesterday, the engineer wanted us to dispose of the boxes, when we have clearly paid for the recycling in the charges.

Have quite bad experience
Have quite bad experience. Ordered new chair which got fault within days and waiting for 2 month to get it fixed. Had a video discussion and kind of told that replacement is not possible as it will take 6-8 weeks and I will be without any chair during that time.

No assembly instructions
Everything is fine with the desk but the chair that was delivered didn't have any assembly instructions in it. Even though I assumed it's assembly was going to be straightforward i struggled to put it together and I'm not sure if I've put it together in the right way either.
